That is merely a placebo, a superstition, and obviously not true. You have no where near enough data to prove this is true- you've just happened to have that occur sometimes when you Barrows. It's all coincidence, all luck (and I doubt that even then that it really looks like it affects you're luck). [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.
