The test doesn't put forward very good propositions and the lack of a neutral option creates even more ambiguity. I've done political quizzes with a lot better results than this, I'll see if I can dig them up. It's actually not hard to detect which questions give + and which give -, so it wouldn't be necessary to retake the test. Also, if all your ideas are lefty, you'll get -10, because in all questions, there's one alternative for the righty and one for the lefty, so if you're all lefty you'll only choose lefty alternatives.
