Strange Im slightly more liberal than I though, I reckoned I'd be right in the middle.

Im surprisingly close to Mandela and The Dalai Lama.

He who learns must suffer, and, even in our sleep, pain that cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the heart,

and in our own despair, against our will, comes wisdom to us by the awful grace of God.

Not really surprised there. :-k

Let's try not to go poking each other just because their values may seem absurd to you.

Keep in mind we are a board that is visited by many internationally and for all we know there could be someone here who would be Economics Left/Right: -10.00 and Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -10.00 exactly on the first try.

I'm closer to Pope John Paul II than anyone else. Interesting.

There were several questions I had no stance on though, so who knows.

Kind of funny how we got all those political related arguements all the time when we mostly have the same stands.

Economic Left/Right: 8.00

Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -5.03

when this was first posted this morning, i looked at the first question and didnt take the test. when the first question doesnt have the right answer, i didnt think it would be a good test.

and i was right. half the questions didnt have the right results. you cant just group everything "agree" or "disagree".

for example the first question:

"If economic globalisation is inevitable, it should primarily serve humanity rather than the interests of trans-national corporations."

it shouldnt "serve" anybody. i dont even know exactly what they are trying to say. i dont believe in any economic restrictions, so it doesnt serve anybodies interests.

EDIT: here is another test, it still groups everything agree/disagree, but there are only two questions that i really dont like.

results:

Libertarian

Your PERSONAL issues Score is 100%.

Your ECONOMIC issues Score is 100%.

the question i dont like:

"Let people control their own retirement; privatize Social Security"

the first part is what i agreed with, but i dont think social security should be "privatized." that still means government intervention, i dont want any social security at all.

Interesting. Me, like Astra, are most close to Pope John Paul. I really thought I'd be more libertarian, but oh well.

I'm currently transitioning from a Wizard to a Mage and a Priest to an Archpriest. Lol both are nonexistant in the top 25. Hopefully I can change that. :D
