August 16, 200619 yr Male - Party Pete! Female - Uh. Woman. Special - Bob the Cat. All the faces of npcs are pretty much the same, as in placement of eyes, mouth and stuff. Just different hairstyles. There are a few cases in which the face is different (Miss Schism)
