August 18, 200619 yr First of all, i would like to give credit to marc on the irc chat for finding this. The Inaccessible area by the fishing colony has a fairy ring! What do you think this means? on the chat I decided it meant an acient pirate fiary elf update, that would require a TON of quests. You can also see that fence for the building on the world map. If you want to see this just keep on clicking until you reach the invisible wall. I've checked most of the "dead" combos, none of them seem to work. Also the 1-way fairy ring near ecto has a teleport icon over it now. (Quit: tallest please come to the death altar, give me 1,337,000,000 gp, a golden tinderbox, and a spade, also steal one of zidanes phats and give it to me.

I remember the day the rings came out I frantically searched through all the guides on the fairy rings to find one that teleported to (or near) the fishing colony with no avail. I was extremely dissapointed. Hopefully They open this up soon. 136 Combat, 2290+ Skill Total
August 18, 200619 yr I'll bet that none of the "Dead" ones will be "dead" any longer after the final installment of the Fairy Tale Quests. Can't wait until I can finally do that quest!

August 19, 200619 yr Im guessing that it will be opened up in Part 3 of the fairy tail quests. aswell as more fairy rings in other places. Personally, i would love to have something similar to Spirit Tree patches... Plant your own fairy rings :P

August 20, 200619 yr I was doing the Holy Grail quest yesterday and I found a fairy ring on the island with the Grail castle. Alas, I haven't done Fairy Tale Pt 2 so I have no idea how to utilise the ring.

Yeah, elves still don't trust us nearly enough to give us access. Think about it, after you have finished Mourning Ends Part I, you will be able to pickpock them. I doubt that makes them trust us. It may require high thieving level, but still. I doubt it increases their trusts by pickpock their wallets.
