What's everyone's opinions on boys having long hair?

 

 

 

My hair's long, (Below my eyes, down to my shoulders), and when I went back to school, everyone thought I looked wierd, and someone said I looked like a woman. #-o (Of course, I started getting everyone to call him a terrorist...8-))

 

 

 

Anyways, again, what's everyone's opinion on it?

If it's long as in.. long (Below shoulders.. kind of) then I don't really mind.

If it's like.. 'bug head' or whatnot (Not sure what to refer to it. Pretty close to equaliteral back and front length) then I don't.

 

 

 

Although my personal preference for hair is bald or buzzed.

As a personal taste, I don't like boys with long hair, even if they are good looking, I can never see past the hair. There have been a few people that I never knew were good looking until they shaved their hair off.

Bah, I have a "white afro" when my hair gets too long.... I wish it'd just be freaking straight for once! :P Last time I tried straightening it it just went straight out and didn't fall down or anything... :P

At least half of the students in my school have shaved hair. It's really common. :-s

 

 

 

My hair right now is about 8 and a half inches long. It's not short, but I don't think it's too long either. Usually, the only part of my hair that I gel is the bangs. Just so that it stays on the side. But since my hair is longer than usual, it stays on the side by itself. I'm probably going to end up getting a haircut before school starts. But I like having long hair though. I think the ladies like it too. Especially when you comb your fingers through it :wink: Not that I do that or anything :-$

I can't stand to have my hair long. I like to look good, but I hate dealing with my hair so I get it cut short every other month. When I was younger I used to have it fairly long then I used hair gel and [bleep]ed it.. Now my hair stands up naturally but it's starting to get long and curly so it's time for a hair cut.. I don't care if others want their hair long, but I refuse to wear it long.

I love my long hair. I've been growing it for roughly 2.5 years now, and it's brushing my shoulders/neck. It's true that you might look a bit feminine at one point, when your hair reaches down to about your jaw, but once it grows past that the look usually passes. It might help to tie it in a ponytail.

My afro isn't curly. Some have described it as 'furry' though :|

 

 

 

My mum and dad keep telling me to get it cut along with the people at work but loads of people like it including the girls \ :thumbsup:

I used to have 15' hair in high school, but eventually got bored by it because every single boy wanted to have long hair. When I was 14 and had long hair, there wasn't a single other guy at school with it, it was considered hippie-ish and ugly. 3 years later more half of the guys had long hair. People are strange.

My hair is mid length. The front part would be in my eyes, but I part it to the side. The back just goes barely ahlfway down my neck, so it's not shaggy or anything. I like it, my parents like it, my friends like it, so oh well.

I love my long hair. I've been growing it for roughly 2.5 years now, and it's brushing my shoulders/neck. It's true that you might look a bit feminine at one point, when your hair reaches down to about your jaw, but once it grows past that the look usually passes. It might help to tie it in a ponytail.

I'm used to seeing guys with relatively short hair, [bleep]ed, or shaved bald. As long as the guy keeps their long hair neatly groomed I don't mind. :)

I used to have mine in a ponytail. It was very piratey.

:shock: Mine isn't even that long and I'm getting a hair cut soon... I remember when you posted that pic some time ago...

I had a pony tail about halfway down my back a while ago. Now it's about 4 inchs long.

When I cut my hair, which is every week or two, it'll get down to 1/8th of an inch, or 3mm. Right now I've been letting it grow, since I'm at home all day anyhow. It's probably around 1/2 an inch, or 1.27cm :x

It seemed to me like a high school fad that moved down to younger kids. My hair dosent really look like it grows longer it sort of just piles up for awhile.

 

 

 

Around my area we have tons of kids with that long but not past shoulders long sort of look. The shaved head (or at least short hair) look during the summer is pretty popular for obvious reasons.

let me just say... I think guys with long hair are BEAUTIFUL :D

 

 

 

In fact... if a guy has really short hair... (like above the ears) then I would be hestitant to date him at all, unless he grew it out.
