August 20, 200619 yr Well since theres no polls on this forum i guess your just gonna have to put what type of Green Day you like. Do you like Green Days old stuff or their new stuff? My opinion is that their old stuff was way better.
August 20, 200619 yr Yay! Another topic about Greenday. Their old stuff is definitely better. Ghost: I am prejudice towards ignorance, so that would explain why I appear to be so.
August 20, 200619 yr Oh my. This going to be a succesful topic. You do realise that most users here consider Green Day to be the musical equivalent of AIDS. Right? Personally I never listened (of course I heard the ocasional song, but that's hardly listening) to them (their albums), neither old or new. I should sometimes, really. Oh, now that I think of it. Jesus of Suburbia (sp?) is a quality song IMO. Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!
August 20, 200619 yr most users here consider Green Day to be the musical equivalent of AIDS Ahaha, excellent.

August 20, 200619 yr Older stuff was tolerable, new is mainstream garbage Metal fans, check out my band!Still the King....
August 21, 200619 yr Jesus of Suburbia is they're only good song off American Idiot, I think. Most of their old stuff is alright though, I listen to it occasionally
August 21, 200619 yr I enjoyed their older songs. I never realy saw them as anything serrious (obviously). Hate the new album though... Not more so that it became imensly popular, but they complettly changed their style and tried to become more serrious. Well.. green day isn't exactly a serrious band :/.
August 22, 200619 yr skating and moshing...(school approprit) American Idiot My pure's stats: str:70attc:35def:4range:72mage:70hp:70
August 22, 200619 yr skating and moshing...(school approprit) American Idiot That makes no sense. Not to mention it doesn't answer either of the above questions, Green Day is the worst band possible you could mosh to. Ghost: I am prejudice towards ignorance, so that would explain why I appear to be so.
August 22, 200619 yr I think they pretty much killed themselves with Boulevard of Broken Dreams. That must be up there for most over-rated/overplayed songs. I used to like their old music, but the new stuff sucks. I am an Atheist, and I take pride in it.
August 22, 200619 yr skating and moshing I fail to see how you can mosh to Greenday. Seriously, all their stuff is way too slow, and sends you half to sleep.
August 22, 200619 yr Define "old" vs. "new". As to me 1,039 Smoothed Out Slappy Hours and Kerplunk (the ones I listened to in High school when they came out) are "old"...all the rest are "new"
August 22, 200619 yr i prefer their old much more. the new albulm is way to comercialised. they completley changed the style and now they have a wider audience! but are they losing the fans that started their carrer? :uhh:
August 22, 200619 yr None, they suck. I agree with the AIDS comment  "El que no arriesga no gana"
August 24, 200619 yr skating and moshing...(school approprit) American Idiot HMMMMMM MoShInG FuN :P :P :P Anyway the old stuff is better than the new stuff very similar to stuff like fall out boy http://www.draynor.net/code/bar/Noobin\Please join my very new up and coming forumshttp://s3.freepowerboards.com/runeboards Feel free to AIM or MSNM me anytime
August 24, 200619 yr very similar to stuff like fall out boy Which, as Gordon so brilliantly phrased, also sucks
August 31, 200619 yr In terms of songwriting, I say that American Idiot is, by far, their best album. Everything else was about sex, touching yourself, or being bored. Not that there's anything wrong with any of those subjects  Mugutu
August 31, 200619 yr I don't really know what there old stuff is like, so I'd have to say I like there new stuff! - Denic.
