Collecting tickets is a matter of time really with a bit of skill mixed in, anyone with Gold Armor is probably good enough to win over 60% of their games (though it can be done at 50% [an average, unhelpful player], but it would take longer and most people can't stand that much time), but then again they've got a couple hundred hours free for CW :lol: . Overall I view total CW tickets based on how much a player loves the game, and how much free time they have. Can't get full Gold Armor if you don't love the game enough to spend over 90% of your RS time playing it, but you can't do it either unless you play at least like 2 hours a day of CW for a year or two :lol: . So, skill helps, but it's only a small part of the reason people are able to get Full Gold. August 21, 200619 yr i have recieved over 941 tickets i think i dropped 10 or so the first day i got them(in the form of cape/hood) and ive been a member for a year. and definately not even 50% of my time is spent on castle wars. and i have lost ALOT OF GAMES. possibly more then i have tickets for.

Comments? to be honest, i dont think this is your type of game then. this is an rpg. they are more designed for people to set goals on getting certain skills up, and then accomplishing them. if that isnt the type of challenge you like, you could still pk/duel. if you've gotten bored of skilling for some reason, don't play for a while. it probably means you need a break.

Lol, I thought you were going to say the other way around, as that's what I was thinking. I mean, one of the toughest bosses in the game, the DK's isn't really a challenge with a fair amount of experience. Sitting in a corner maging Rex in a safespot while taking turns Guthaning, not a huge challenge. Ranging isn't that big either (though meleeing can be tough at times). I'd say 95% of Runescape isn't challenging in any way at all. That leaves PK'ing, Dueling, CW, [Player vs. Player, definitely the most tough stuff]and a few bosses. Other than that it's just a question of how much free time you have. August 21, 200619 yr well now that i have done all the quests, I really regret using guides on some of them, and wish that I had spent more time trying to figure out the puzzles. you clearly have lots of quests still to do, try doing them all without using a guide or any help.... To be honest, a lot of RS isn't really that challenging, hence why I like doing quests. Good luck in whatever you decide to do. Comments? i would say get a stat over 93 (half way to 99) or just quit. BTW a fire cape isn't hard to get, it just takes getting the timing down. the cave should be a circle, with no safe spots, and all the creatures should close and melee you. then it may have some value of respect to have it. muggi and the people getting it with melee are the only ones that have done it real as for doing a king trip, they'd whip you like a redheaded step child. :twisted: ...and sitting down there just maging rex doesn't count as doing a king trip :shame: @jessy's response get gold castle wars armor well said bro. i know 2 people with full and i have a ton of respect for them. that is some commitment to playing. 8-) semi-retired as i am the lastest victim of computer crack!
