Someone should try a rune plate, that might be 1mill!!!

Chris_2_8.png

If this was an attempt to make us buy horribley overpriced items, they have failed miserably

ireland+rf.png

Rofl

It sells Rune plate for 650k, and d mace for 500k :shame:

...and people buy it without knowing :|

So basically for some reason they've removed the element of you buying what others sell. Hopefully it's a bug.

Hmmm, will someone sell a dragon chainbody to that store just to see how much it costs to buy? Dang ridiculous prices!

I've beaten the Heroe's Quest, oh yeah! Ummm, now what? I know, magic training! How FUN is that? Yippee!

And that was my waste of space called a sig.

They put one '0' too much in the script

Those are basically *10 the normal price

It seems like there was a bug in the shop code. It increased all prices by 1 decimal. They'll probably soon fix it. Remember, the update is less than day old!

Ah, it would be so cool if price would be 10x higher to SELL!

Sadly, it's th other way...

a mithril chain body is 19.5k

- I'm not proud of everything I've done, but I have no regrets

Like Mirrorforced said, I think they added a extra 0, I was Green D hide body for 78k.

Is it a scam to ask for lots of money for an item?

It is not considered a scam to ask for large amounts of money for an item, but it is not in the spirit of the game to over price an item.

Hypocritical much, Jagex?

didnt read whole thread...but i believe every item had had a 0 added to the end...conspiracy? :-k
I shall take my flock underneath my own wing, and kick them right the [bleep] out of the tree. If they were meant to fly, they won't break their necks on the concrete.
So, what is 1.111... equal to?

10/9.

Please don't continue.

It's just an "Oops, I coded this on Monday morning while still hungover from the weekend" thing. With so many lines of coding, who can blame them for letting one slip every so often.

Haven't played RuneScape since 12 january 2007 and it feels great :)

I agree with Henk (^^^) It'll all be OK tomorrow.

Done on purpose

I dunno. I have a feeling UMetal is right. I doubt Jagex would let this go this long without figuring it out eventually.

It's got to have something to do with the 'imported goods' thing. Is Runescape starting to calculate tariffs? Joking! It doesn't quite work out.

Me doing staff.

dam jagex should make it 2 way

how bout not? if you could, you could just pull money out of thin air.

as for whether this is a glitch or not, i really doubt it. jagex knows the prices of their own items. and besides, the seaweed, fruit, and soda ash are worth buying

Oh, and unless you're as high as a freaking KITE, you WONT add an extra zero AND halve the prices

owned lmfao!

Why are people saying they were bought? These general stores restrock and clean their shops so many items disapper guys... I doubt that pratically no-opne actually bought anything.
