I love the idea of the capes as well... great incentive to complete the last quest on my list (ME pt 2) and the new quest... but ermm... what happens every time they release a new quest? Your cape disappears and you get a new one once you complete the latest quest? :D Edit: just thought of the most likely answer: you just can't wear it anymore till you finish the quest... yeaaah speak first and then think a bit, quite my style. What would you wear if you(fx.) had fire cape and a strength cape? Hard choise, but I think people would choose the strength cape.
