When I started I had to rely on my friend to get me to places. So when I started I just started by mining rune ess and when it was time to go to the bank I never knew how to get to the portal and when I got out of the portal I didn't know where the bank was..and it was only a 10 second walk. Then about 2 weeks later I pmed my friend say "OMG, I finally know how to get to the Rune Ess place to the bank!"

Also when I first started I went to the church in Lumbridge and killed the woman in the church. I thought it was a real player and I thought I was the most awesome player for killing a lvl 2 woman \

 

 

 

I was about a lvl 25 when I encountered the quest sign in the varrock sewers(quest only for members) My friend went farther down the sewers so I was stuck there all by myself and so I saw the quest sign. I walked all around the place and couldn't find anything...then about almost a year later I found out it was for members :wall:

I went to draynor, I wondered "Strange, why does lumbridge look so diffrent?"

 

 

 

Never found my way to lumbridge for a while later... :wink:

When I first saw players with the same clothing (bald, green/tan shirt) I thought "wow clans are really huge here in rs, they're so many!"

Everything confused me.

I still remember being confused how someone in black clothing suddenly appeared and gave me this cube thing. I kept thanking him but he always vanished after. I remember the very first time I was wondering around and started killing cows and he appeared haha.

 

 

 

He actually got on my nerves after a while and thought it was a prank or something. I later understood what random events were....

I never knew how to get in Al Kharid, yeah, I even added Al Kharid to my friends list :shock:

I did know how to check my combat lvl till i reached 10 combat :lol: , also i was afarid of the guards at varrock cause i though they would kill me.

Well, back in classic when tutorial island hadn't come out yet I was a bit confused about everything but soon I figured how things worked. Most embarrassing one was that first I didn't know how to...talk. Yeah you read correctly. I had no idea how to talk except in private chat so i kept adding everyone who i wanted to talk to. That's about it anyway, another one was that I had no interest for bone drops from npcs. I didn't know what bones were used for so i never collected them. I even left my main and made my first pker back in 2002. One time in wildy I accidently managed to pick up bones and noticed you could bury them! That was when my pure was about lvl 50 and main lvl 17 (with about 52magic 42defence, yeah rs1 cb system was different).

Al-Kharid. I still have an account abandoned somewhere in Al-Kharid. When I started my current accout, I also found Tip.It, and the world map. Needless to say, they helped a lot.

I had so many trouble finding my way, I always used newcomer map, but there are only like 5? marks on it, so if you are in Draynor it says you are in on the other side of Fallador perhaps.

 

 

 

My friend also brought me to karamja, and after killing those karamja monkeys (great prayer xp), he said my level was high enough to go inside the volcano :shock: , and i was unable to find the way back out, my friend had to tell me endless times to use the rope, I had a rope in my inventory (picked up in store) but when I used nothing happened -.-

i wandered around lumby asking people "Where's Lumbridge?"

wen i got of tutorial island i killed a man in lummy and thought i killed a player >_< i thought i was a good pker...

The thing that confused me the most was the camera angles. At first I had no idea whatsoever about the rotation of the camera using the arrow keys. So I remember going upstairs in a house in Draynor Village, and not being able to climb down again because the wall was in the way. So I made a new account, then whilst going through tutorial island, I read that you could change camera angle with arrow keys lol... So I quit that account and went back on Coza17 :) I think I've even got a picture...Forgot password and remembered not too long ago, had a brainwash lol...

 

I remember getting teleported to varrock by the sandwich lady on my first day playing. I had no idea where I was. It must have taken me about a month to find my way round the f2p world. I'll always remember looking at the world map and thinking I'd never be able to remember where everything was :? .

When i started playing i wasnt quite sure of the time frame. so after tutorial island, i logged in a chicago world. I thought lumby was chicago and varrock was lumby and my sense of location was messed up.

I didn't know what attack styles were for so long. That got me 20 some attack with 1 defence and 1 strength. Fortunately me rich friend(he gave me a whole 1k(lots of money) and showed me the world(Lumby and Varrock)) told me what to do, and I stopped being scared of the different styles.

i never knew my combat lvl for ever cause i didnt know were to check, I always asked people what it was.

I remember when i was walking around the docks of port sarim. ( Forgotten why) Someone had come up to me and traded me, he offered 1.3k+ coins to give me. Being a noob then, i had not seen any cash above 999 before, so i thought he was a hacker trying to hack my account and i declined and ran off.

I used to think that "nats" were flies. I couldn't understand what flies had to do with magic...

Didn't find out how to switch the attack style untill I was like lvl 16... Lol...

i started at the time rubber chickens came out, i was walking in falador forest and asking where is easter bunny, i got answers in falador forest..

Once before i knew about camera rotating, i climbed up some ladders in port sarim and i was like OMG i can't see ladders i'm stuck!

 

Spent like 3 hours there :wall: :oops: :twisted:
