November 9, 200619 yr Ok, we all know guthan warspears are very expensive. By far the most expensive barrow item. Would Jagex try to change this at all. I got a spear myself Monday. I went to the bank, and saw another guy holding one. I ask if he just got. He said yes...on his first run ever. :shock: I log in this afternoon and get a pm from a friend getting, guess what, a spear. I do two barrow runs, and I get ANOTHER spear. That was my second in 5 runs. It also seems like other people are having similar luck. Now as rewards are random there, I know this might just be luck. It seems too good to be true though. November 9, 200619 yr Rub it in why don't you 200+ chests done, only 1 real barrows item: dh helm. Why do they still bother handing out ahrims staffs, not a soul buys them and they only alch for 51k. Haven't played RuneScape since 12 january 2007 and it feels great :)

November 9, 200619 yr i did a few barrows rune yesterday just for the fact that i hadn't done any in a long time...spent no money on runes and made 200 bolt racks as well as 2 ahrims bottoms...in 3 trips

November 9, 200619 yr i totally lost count of the number of runs i've done, but i know its in the hundreds. only one spear, and that was a long time ago. come to think of it, i've had a lot of items from the chest: full torags veracs helm and flail ahrims skirt, hood, and staff dharoks axe and plate guthans spear and helm no karil's items :( oh wait, thats a good thing :lol: now i just wonder where all that money went... :-s oh yeah, now i remember, construction. #-o
