The night before the PS3 was released, we got one of our employees in just regular clothes to walk out with an empty PS3 box. November 21, 200619 yr pizzalord, remember me saying how i'd be preordering it yesterday on amazon? well as i went to, it was sold out and i was crying upstairs (not really but i broke my lamp #-o ) so my mum came up to see what the noise was about and then it turns out she preordered me one from woolworths a few weeks ago :-s But i did pre-order zelda, thats gonna last me till xmas!!! \

If they advertise it on Black Friday they can bring in more customers. If they advertise it for Friday, but don't have any because they sold them all today, they get sued for false advertising.

There are going to be lots of sales on Black Friday - so getting them into the store that day is very profitable instead of just selling it now.
November 22, 200619 yr Having recently playing the wii it's really what I thought it was going to be. A gimmick. It's a gamecube with a fancy controller. The controller isnt even an original idea (because I think we've all seen those stupid plug and play games before). I was able to play Madden 07 and TP. Madden was nearly impossible to get the hang of at first and the graphics were less then impressive ( compared to the PS2 and 360 version). My guess is Nintendo took the gamecu..wii to it's limits with TP. The sword fighting is kinda cool but the whole slingshot was a bit difficult at first. Either way, it's leaps and bounds over Windwaker. The problem with the gene pool is that there's no lifeguard.

All nintendo was capitalize on this idea by "perfecting" it. following on from your logic, i could therefore say 'all sony and microsoft have done is take a console thats been around for years and 'perfected' it' or 'all honda and toyota have done is come along and got a horse which has been around for years and 'perfected it' into a car'

I must have played them under an hour cumulatively, while I've put around 16 hours into Zelda. It's just so hard to put that controller down.
