Share your epic and exciting moments which have happened to you in Runescape. Maybe it was during a quest and you were about to die and you suprisingly nailed that last hit, or you were running from a PKer with a lot of money, poisoned, and you were somehow saved, or something along the lines of that. I remember I was playing castle wars one day, and I had gotten the flag (I rarely do), and two Saradomin Team players (much higher level than me) were chasing me attacking me. I was traveling underground, about to die. I clicked on an explosive potion and used it on the cave wall, and the rocks fell down not only smashing them, but me. Luckily one of my teammates got the flag and safely delivered it. Way to take one for the team. It didn't depend on the outcome of the game, but an exciting moment none-the-less. \

avyss rcing and arriving and ghost port with 3 hp and was able to drink super anti :D

Anticipating a really good update for ages and finally seeing an update on the main page and those few seconds of glee i get from reading it :?:

A little bit earlier today, I was in the wilderness hunting for a mith axe (many green dragon killers just leave them laying down) when I was burned by dragon-fire and chased and poisoned by a PKer. I had 5 hp when I left the wildy and I was super-poisoned (with a lot of important stuff, what was I thinking #-o), but with some quick thinking I ran to my POH were I safely died (and re spawned with all my stuff).

Everytime i get a level up mainly :-w

I was playing CastleWars the day it came out... I stocked up on band-aids (which weren't in respawn room) got 4 explosives, and went to the enemy base using the underground tunnels... Someone on my team already had the flag, so I got all the way to the flag room and only lost about 8hp... I hid under one of the enemies so noone would see me unless they right-clicked and waited till my team scored... I got the flag, and got all the way underground before losing any hp... Since it was the first day of CW, there was noone collapsing walls on people, and I managed to get all the way to the base and only lose 20hp... When I got to my base, 2 level 100+'s were in the supply room, and they atted me... They hit about 24 each... I almost got KO'd before I got to the ladder... Then of course I confused them, and scored... That was the fourth and last time I played CW...

The first one that comes to mind is taking a group of 20 newbies to the Dag Kings on a recent "Dag King for Noobs" event. There was a lurer that followed us down there, and I ended up having to deal with all three kings at once by myself as the noobs gathered huddled in the corner, with me trying to protect them from death. Not alone did the lurer create havoc, but the newbs also were making mistakes, so I pretty much lived in the middle of all three kings for a good 30 minutes. Never had more adrenalin rushing from RS in my career.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The next one would be my first Dragon Chain drop from KQ. And I think the chain drop that I got on another drop when it was the first trip down was also a rush.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The happiest anti-pker event happened when I was running to do a clue nekkid with nothing but a dragon dagger. Someone in Ahrims attacked me, splashed, and I killed him with 4 dragon dagger specials. Nekkid with no food. Ha! Serves him right.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Those are the things that came to mind. Trojann was with me on all three, but the last one was told to him by PM. :)

Probably getting my famous Black Cavalier from my first ever level 3 clue, I also was pretty excited when I bought my first Whip (I bought it back when they were 2.5M).

After A while we both would tell each other the drop that the other got. One run at the end, Jokingly before I looked at the chest I said "Nothing"

I then equiped in and teleported to Lumbridge and showed Lee my proud loot! :D

Well...They're's those odd 4 times in the aybss when I had escaped with 3 hp left \ . Also, getting 76 fishing, and now 44 Runecrafting!! \

...and since I am not a pker, I was in the wildy doing a clue, and two wannabes jumped me in multi combat area, a mage and a ranger. Silly little things, a combat 98 mage and a 103 ranger I think it was. They had some big furry dice to bother me doing a clue, so I slapped them with an ice barrage, dds spec'd the mage dead in two specs, and chased the ranger as he screamed "please don't".......um ...er...please don't? you have got to be kidding me. What a pansie pker....but being the nice guy I am, I let him go and went to kick around the pile his buddy left for me. Then did my clue....was kind of a rush. Maybe I should try that pking thing sometime....nah.

in my 0ld clan about 1yr ago.. we were having this hudge 3 clan war in p2p, i brought my lvl 105 main to all the lvl 40-80 clans and ending up gaining about 600k, including 2 full runes, 6 ddps and 1 whip... i donated whip 2 cln bank =( what i didi was i have 86 prayer and i prayed the whole time at members gdz.. its amazing how many pure cannot take down a lvl 105 with 86 prayer and 4(4)dose prayer pots =)

Probably the first day Wilderness came out. It was really scary when noone knew their way around, etc.

My most exciting moment was probably crafting my 100,000th consecutive nature rune. It was a really nice feeling. :) I was really proud of myself (yes, clicking my mouse more times that I can count makes me feel good inside :) for achieving my sub-goal.

Either single handedly winning a game of Castle Wars for my team (I generally like to play games of like 20 v 20, not those huge chaotic games, so it's possible :P ), or my favorite being fighting all three kings at once, which probably goes for all DK'ers. To be honest, if I mage pray and hold off Rex or Supreme behind another King, it's managable at my level :lol: .

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I remember one fun game of Castle Wars though. At the end of the game, 2 minutes left, the game was tough with both teams evenly matched at 5-5. No one seemed to be going for the flag, so I rushed up the other team's castle, grabbed the flag, and ran out like hell, leaving barricades in my path to survive. I ran to the rocks, using bandages like crazy with an army behind me, getting torn apart in my Ahrims. There was one obnoxious Entangler that I had met throughout the game whom I ran into as I rushed up to my castle. With probably seconds left I dashed up the Castle with the entangler behind me, but never hitting me. The entangler shot one more blast at me before I got up the second to last stairs, and thank God it missed. I sprinted up the last set of stairs and scored through a few more players, and was teleported to the main lobby 5 seconds later. I didn't realize it before as seconds left aren't shown in game, but if that Engangler had hit me once we wouldn't have won :lol: . We won 6-5, closest game I've ever had.

I was attacked by an rc pker while runecrafting deaths through the abyss. He did a bit of damage on me, but nothing to worry about. He also poisoned me. What was really scary was that the glory amulet that I wearing had no charges left and my back up elf crystal also had no charges. I ended up making it to the Lletya bank with 4hp left.

Also, I knew that I should not be a pker. First time i took out my spiffy rune and whip. This rune pure girl wanted to fight me. I agree and with about 50 hp and no food i run. A random saves me. We fight again, and my skull goes away 2 seconds before she KOs me, therefore saving all my items. I took that as a hint and stopped.

when the n00b i trained became a true p2p player... Last i checked, he is an excellent example to us all

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

also... I was helping a friend with a clue (he was a hopeless geographer) and we had to go to wildy. It was such a rush and so fun to world hop and avoid pkers, who were after us! Eventually, the reward was,... another clue... but it was so fun! This was probably the most exciting time of my life! (in Rs)

Getting 99 firemaking.

Well first of all, getting a key logger and having my lvl 82 (or was it 85) hacked + my paypal account with 170$ in it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I started a new account got to lvl 70, quiet runescape, came back and i forgot the pass.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And a very special thing happend to me, i wrote to jagex saying suice and my account (lvl87) got locked.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What an exciting year 2006 was! :thumbsup:
