For me it's probably Spinners at PC, after all the work put in to destroying the portal then one of them pops up so you kill it for the satisfaction that it won't heal that portal anymore! I went through about 150 in, I estimate, 30-45 minutes. Oh, I forgot. I should also include anyone who steps into the main (underground) section of my house when PVP mode is on. It was south of varrock near the wizard circle... If there was a way to wipe out 30 of them at a time, I'd do it just out of spite.
