OT: I want 99 Mage, not for the cape it's ugly in my opinion; it's just a skill I like. I also want Firemaking sometime soon.

mage cape is very nice looking i think... I'm gonna work toward gettin that def and maybe cooking capes this year.... Possibly others haven't decided yet

I'm going for a runecrafting skillcape. This WILL be my first skillcape. I want this skillcape because they're pretty rare, unlike fletching and cooking. And it's also a nice feeling when you get lvl 99 and a skillcape in one of the hardest skill to raise. :wink:

Herblore and Prayer - 17 lvls to go in total.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Herblore is one of the top 3 rarest Skill capes, and Prayer gives you wings. And 99 Prayer owns at Barrows and DK's!!!

Right now, I'm about 40 levels away from a skillcape in my best skills, fishing, but I want one because it shows that you are persistent and dedicated enough to take the time to get one. Not that it doesn't look super cool! :thumbsup:

I'm going for a defence skill cape...

Because every single other cape looks like a silly piece of thin frozen ro hardened cloth strapped to your back. No curves no wrinkles. Achievement capes have a little more of that. Plus, my character likes to chew on things, but ammy's dont really work too well for chewing, so the cloth straps at the front of the achievement capes will do just fine.

Just got smith cape last Saturday. I wanted it because my goal has always been 99 smith in the 4ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâý years I have played...smithing being my favorit skill :)

ok, that's enough guys.. i have both 99 range and fletching, and never wear the fletching cape, EVER lol.. but still you act like 99 fletching is nothing..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

First off 99 cook is easier, its like fletching, but you don't even string

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Second, i worked like 3 tireless weeks after school and in mornings, cutting and stringing, so please don't act as if its nothing, sure it isn't as hard as another skill to 99, but that fact is its still a 99.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ALSO! 99 firemaking is much easier then fletching, much much easier. Want to talk easy? How about WC or Fishing, just sit and let it auto fish and cut, every one in a while you change tree/ponds or bank.. woooo thats hard!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now fletching, sit and stringing or cut, making thousands of clicks..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So when everyone says hard, do they mean "Harder" or "Longer"??

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

im talking about those people who spend millions for the raw materials

 

 

 

then sit there for days fletching away until 99 and then dont fletch another day of their lives.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

as for the fishing and cooking cape they are pretty necessary for the average player. Great money maker, good for combat, and they go hand in hand. Cooking not so much for the people who buy raw food and cook till 99 then never cook again ever.

I want a skillcape for those amazing emotes. The one I want the most is the attack cape. Not only is the emote sweet (And street fighter-ish), it's useful.

 

 

 

Ex: A noob comes up with good ol' "PhR33 st0ff plOxx?" Use the cape, they'll be frightened from the 1337-ness of the emote, and run. Nothin' better than that. :
