February 4, 200719 yr Hi guys! :D I made a list a while back about the best Runescapers from each country, and it's really blossomed into something great. :) It currently holds almost 80 individual players that represent their nationalities out of around 240, and it's hosted at RunescapeCommunity. Giant, I may make a similar list for non-members, but it'd be on the same page as this one. February 6, 200719 yr Who is the representative of Sealand??? :notalk: No he means Sealand - a small so-called country in the North Sea just off the East coast of England. It was originally a war-time fort. Someone bought it (cant remember when) and declared it an independent country.

Here: To be eligible for this list, the main priority is that you are actually from the nation that you claim to represent. However, if there seems to be nobody around that is actually from a certain country, but instead someone who is of that heritage, they also eligible but they will be second to people that were actually born there. Let's randomly use Uzbekistan as an example. If there were two Uzbeks who played Runescape with the same total level, one who was actually born in Uzbekistan and one who is not actually from there but is of Uzbek heritage, the former would be displayed on the list because they're "more authentic", seeing as how they're actually from the nation they're representing. But let's give another example. Let's say there's an Uzbek that's from Uzbekistan with 1500 total, and one of Uzbek heritage with 1700 total. In this scenario, the latter would be selected to appear on the first page because they have put more effort into their account and stats than the actual Uzbek, even though he's not from the country he's representing. He still is of Uzbek blood, and I still think that should count in my opinion as long as you are proud of your country and know at least some of the cultural aspects of it. With that being said, I'd also like to clarify that if there are two people eligible for this list that are representing the same country [be their total levels as low as 700 or completely maxed out], the person with the higher amount of Total XP will obviously be chosen. If your total level is not displayed on the Runescape hiscores, then you will not be eligible for this list.
