February 11, 200719 yr blue hat is no more rare than the rest of the hats... just more desireable. There was actually a time when pink WAS known as the rarest. It was the least desireable hat when it was dropped with xmas crackers, and was dropped by alot of players. Most kept their whites and blues. The the dupe bug took place and pink hats were thought to have been duped the most, their prices plumetting faster than the rest of the hats. That's how I've perceived it from an outside view anyway. I'd like to hear a real merchants view on this. *waits for duke to tell me im wrong* :P

February 11, 200719 yr Party Hats in my opinion are not THAT rare. I always see people walking around with them. Now, you don't hear of people with crackers or half-wines anymore. Those are the most rare, and always will be. Most people that quit with those items either pop the crackers, or drink the half wines. They also sometimes give to friends. It is becoming about the time that those people with those items quit. Those two items will shoot up in value if a lot of older players quit.

Personally i thought it was the ugliest but i don't like pink... I do believe the dupers duped more crackers than hats tho.. They duped the crackers and would pop on each other and random people.. There's a site out there about the whole dupe... Alot of expensive items fell victim to the dupe lol. Dragon sqs which people high alched lol... i might have contradicted myself at the begining but thats life... the day of the dupe i did cash in on the cheap hats although i left em on rsc (i liked it more than RS2 i was a noob) they are now lost forever cracker and the edible rares would be rarest i'd think... February 11, 200719 yr half wine and cracker are the rarest, i see pelnty of party hats in world 2. But, you cant wear a cracker or a jug of wine. I would have to say half wing or cracker as the rarest cause no one would have thought to keep them.

You can just look around and see them, unless you trade with everyone there and ask if they have a half wine, cracker etc because you can't equip them, I used to merchant heaps and the amount of people who would try and trade half wines + cash for Party hats was unbelievable, they are near impossible to sell Check out my blog here!Thanks Jopie211 for the sig
