February 27, 200719 yr No and probably never will. ( ) "The cry of the poor is not always just, but if you never hear it you'll never know what justice is."

February 27, 200719 yr Yeah, I used to have braces. And I don't think appliances is the right word... It might just be me, but when I read the thread title I thought of someone with a washing machine stuck in their mouth. February 27, 200719 yr Used to have braces. I now have an inner occidental bridge on my bottom jaw (basically permament braces on the inner side of the teeth) to keep those teeth in position. My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. I now have an inner occidental bridge on my bottom jaw (basically permament braces on the inner side of the teeth) to keep those teeth in position.Exactly the same here. I'm supposed to use a retainer for my top teeth, but I always forget. The code in my sig should say 1032 not 0132.
February 27, 200719 yr Had braces for 2.5 years and now i have a retainer for top and bottom which im supposed to wear 24/7, though only wearing it when im sleeping does the trick :)

Here I thought I was going to post in this thread something no one has ever heard of before, and two people already have them.
February 27, 200719 yr I had braces for like six months. I really think all sort of dental appliances are a waste of money :? I know that at least my braces and everything that led up to it (spacers, molds, etc.) was several thousand dollars in the end. To me it isn't worth it to spend that much money on teeth. To me, how they look just doesn't matter that much I guess. February 27, 200719 yr I was born with straight teeth. Everyone in my family has had/has braces or a retainer. I think I need to look at my birth certificate again. Just to make sure... I <3 Gears of War 2. Add me on Xbox Live and mention you are from Tif :D
February 27, 200719 yr I was born with straight teeth. Everyone in my family has had/has braces or a retainer. I think I need to look at my birth certificate again. Just to make sure... I had straight teeth until basically the day I turned 20. Then this tooth started growing, the ones you get when you get old, never heard what they're called in English. Only mine started growing like..the other way, pushing on my entire row of teeth, and Sweden apparently has a 3 year waiting list for the kind of treatment I need, which I also heard is extremely painful. Anyhow, don't just count on having perfect teeth forever just cause you have it when you're young. Mine still look good, but they might not if this goes on for another 3 years :o
February 27, 200719 yr Korla you probably mean 'Wisdom Teeth'. Everyone in my family has had them out, allthough i have very large mouth apparently, so heres for hoping... "A disbelief in magic can force some poor souls into believing in authority and business"

February 27, 200719 yr I have a permanent plastic resin in some of my teeth to prevent tooth decay. Other than that, never had any problems.
February 27, 200719 yr One teeth has fully grown into another fully grown tooth, and the dentist reccomended a spacer. However, a wisdom tooth has already shown up on the X-ray, and it appears to be right underneath it...so I guess I don't need the spacer. XD Take that! It really has

So you can rule the internets together? On topic: I've worn braces in a dark past for 2 years. Not a year after removing them, my teeth stood just as crooked as before, because of my wisdom teeth, which had to be removed. Yeah, you wouldn't believe it, but I actually have a very small mouth :P
February 27, 200719 yr Braces for a year and two months now. Might be removing it in May\June. Then retainers! Can't wait to remove em'. Known formerly as Ameoba3000. Now known as Vigoss.
