Here's a VERY crude .png of the floor layout for constructions. It's based off the Hotspots from Jagex's Knowledge base. Just use this to copy, paste, and rotate rooms to recreate the floor plans of your house.

I'll post a copy of my layout in a bit. Sorry I didn't label the rooms, but they're farely easy to guess. It's in order top to bottom, then left to right. I did not include the straight away for the dungeon, or the room below the trapdoor.

I'm not really happy with it, but thats how its going so far.

And by the way, you might want to work on your squares a bit, it took my five minutes to figure out what the kitchen was lol.

Not a problem. Guess it labels ok. Granted, when you rotate the room, the name rotates with it.

I didn't even plan ahead before building my house and now it looks like random crap, im thinking of just completely restarting. Is it possible to demolish your whole house?

you have to do it room by room, i remade mine at like lvl 30, like everyone does, because from the beginning its just crap.

Not me... I planned my house from second 1. All I did was remove the starting parlour, and the temp workshop I had.

I didn't do any actual construction til i powerbuilt til 40 construct :)

Here's mine, I built it from the start with some utility in mind.. A few notes:

- second bedroom is the servant's;

- second garden is because I wanted one with a fountain instead of portal;

- I plan to build a formal garden in the free space between the parlor, the kitchen and the garden. Then the throne room above it;

- I'm level 52 and have everything as good as I can get at this level, except for Chef's Delight (waiting for it to brew) and most Skill Hall stuff (only got the rune case there).

- I'd like to get construction up to 60 soon, but it's not a priority right now.

As a side note, seems to me the Skill Hall symbol is wrong. The rune case is on the wrong side, I think it's near the corner opposite the Slayer head.

That's Mine, I think it looks bad. The sink is a P & Drain, the dining room has 2 wooden benches and oak wall decor (the funny scribble is a clay fire). The larder is normal and it's a cat basket. The two left chairs are oak the othere is rocking and there is a clay fire. I have a workbench, a pluming stand, tools 1 and a crafting bench 1. The bed room has a normal bed and clay fire. The outside things are a portal (purple) Fern (green thing) and a pond (blue).

and i have to say i miss how giant my old house was now it has 3 floors and feels small :cry:

That nifty little program will be release in under twenty-four hours for your using pleasure, I'll be getting most of it done within the next couple of hours so long as I don't fall asleep in my chair.

Thanks, meant to note that the garden just east of the chapel is my portal/front door. So I have a little front yard.

And to Tefda, cool looking tool, can't wait for the release. :)

I think Mine is Haut. Ask freshwacka. Lots of people copying mine for some reason.

My layout doesn't rule one out in the future, but at this point Im going to see the opinions of those that make one to see if a dungeon would be something I'd invest in.

Im much more interested in the 3 fish, abyssal, kbd, and kq heads. Oh yeah, making all the rooms I have as pricey looking as possible :-)
