well it all depends. iv seen alot of new clans with absolutely no thought put into them whatsoever. these types of clans won't hurt the clan community one bit. why? becouse they will die quickly or attract the sort of players who the bigger more mature clans don't want hence saveing them the time and trouble of dening applacations. over all I belive that compatition is the key to survival, if clans grow stagnate and cese to offer a worth while experionce to their members then a better, newer clan should take their place. the new clans don't hurt the community, they enrich it. the ones that add nothing won't last long enough to make much of an impact. while the ones that offer much will make the clan community a better place dispite the change in numbers for larger clans. at any rate thats my personal thoughts on the matter as leader of Militos Deci.

if its in game just ignore them ( or challenge them to a fight). if they won't accept start shunning them and report the ones who keep flameing you. like if they start yelling noob ten or more times a miniute report them under offencive language for spamming at the very least. i don't think jagex will apreaceate harrasment of this sort. if its on your private forum just set registration to require administrative aproval. and start doing ip bans of some of these people that should help. mainly shun them and they will loose interest eventuly. if they don't then either you are not telling the whole story heer and did them some terrible injustice to them or they are pathetic children who have nothing but time on their hands. if the later is true I can't offer much advise except RUN FOR YOUR LIVES! :lol:

aye and some clans have their own community that has very little infulence from other Clans. take my order for example. I could care less what the top 5 or 30 clans have to say about how we do things. we do things as we see fit not how others tell us. I suppose this is one thing that may set No Honour clans appart from the rest, they are rouges. even so I wouldent want to be in one the very idea of haveing no honour desturbes me. I don't want to be stabbed in the back just becouse im in a posistion of weakness. people join clans for the support and community. no honour clans can make alot of enemy's in a short period of time and few friends. that is their main problem in my oppinion. handy guy your right what ever clans flame other clans just becouse they don't follow the guidelines set by other clans are not very civil. in doing so they lower themselves in the eyes of their foes. make no mistake not all clan rivelry's are from bad blood some are just compeeting for possitions. a clan that can be nice in a war gains far more respect in my oppinion than a clan that does not follow the rules they themselves agree too... that would still be in violation of the rules Im afraid. jagex reely hasent addressed the issue of Clan banks or much of anything clan related in their rules. I would suggest that you keep those items from your account on your account less you violate the rules. I acculy considerd drop tradeing to my bank once but before I did I re read the rules and found it was against them. so you see there is reely little in the way of clan support from Jagex as of now. what would reely be nice is if Jagex aculy made a Clan bank in the reguler banks which was controlled by the leader and had diffrent levels of access to diffrent members. but as it stands jagex has not done this nor said account tradeing is alright if its for a Clan Bank. although the reading of the rules may suggest its to prevent you from gaining an unfair advantage I would still recomend that you do not violate the rules. Jagex has the rules for a reson and wheather we agree with them or not we should not violate them. we have made an agreement when we made our accounts to follow the rules for starters. further more if you do violate the rules I advise you not to brag about it heer less you be banned from our fourms. wheather we agree with them or not TipIt Staff enforces Jagex Rules on our fourm. I made a topic about this awhile ago Im not sure where I put it :oops: to answer your question its quite alright to have a Clan Bank under your controll so long as you don't transfer items from your account to it or vice versa. that pretty much covers it. but I have found a Clan Bank to be difficult to maintain for many resons.

indeed we have, when is the nexed one? We should keep up the pressure. the need for more bank space could be compaired to an overflowing dam. when the resovior becomes too filled the dam will break. I belive in this analagy we are the water and jagex is the dam. if they don't act soon and open the flood gates it will be too late to save the dam and the town below (the town represents the entire game).

aye a good rally overall. Me thinks we should of stayed in the falladore bank though. if you have looked at the screenshots Im the guy in the prince tunic with a orange cape and purple Gloves. some clans came to help and so Did Militos Deci. okay 2 people doesent exactly count as a clan but it was fun. and don't respond to holierthanu1 anymore Im dealing with him.

I would use a combonation of power sources provided the country in question is the united states. some nations are too poor to go with anything but coal which is in great supply and very cheep. for one I would use solar power in the deserts, Nucklear power where practible i.e. large city's that can use all that energy. Geothermal power where the vents are, as well as wind and - hydro electric. Nuclear power is quite safe so long as proper standards are upheld in the plants construction and it has good security. also I heer on the moon there is a fourm of hydrogen or something that allows for clean nuclear power- that is to say no radioactive waste. so I would invest in mining operations to harvest this stuff. sadly nuclear waste as it is has a very long half life and is beyond dangourus to the future of the human race. im talking 100 thausand years or more from now when we either have nowheres to put it or the stuff we put under the ground starts leaking into the water. I would also try to shake our addiction to oil from the middle east and go twoards hydrogen and electic cars. since we have cheep power sources from nuclear power plants and the like we can produce hydrogen cheeply and in great quantity's. I heer all you need is water and electricity if you have the generators. and I would have a one billion dollar reward to anyone who can invent a reliable source of energy via perpetual motion generators.

Has anyone thaught of Scape Rune? its a fair distance from runescape and Im liable to think maby a portal deep in the wild leads to it. this solves the problem with expanding the map higher which may be difficult to do. it also meens you are in deep wilderness before you can reach a portall. natrurly scape rune would not be the only place you could go but it would be a big one. more than just a randome event, an entire world where the laws of runescape are reversed. then there are other worlds they could make in time but all from other relms with portalls in diffrent levels of the wild. scape rune could have some reely crazy quests too. just a thaught of a world beyond the wild.

It would be refreshing to see a 3rd party canadate who has not been corrupted by the politicall machine become president and begin the painstakeing work of fixeing our broken nation. healing our sick society that thinks the multilation of others reproductive organs is a big joke on tv. healing a sick nation that can barely keep its infrustructure in working order while it pours money into places like Iraq, places that in my oppinion we should not of gone to for the resons we did. Some one who would repair our borders which are so broken that our border patroll agents are sent to prision for shooting at drug smugglers who try to escape or sharifs deputy's who try to shoot out the tires of a van that almost ran him over and ends up hitting a illegal alien who was stuffed in a wheel well. some one who would try to fix our broken currency not inflate it with cheep goods from country's like china. some one who would do everything in his power to protect his people not come on tv and say " we know we will be attacked again but we cant protect you" when its so easy. I don't think changeing the time is such a great idea, the message sent to jagex was quite spaccific was it not? and this is simply too short notice to change the time that was set almost a month ago. 6 days wont work belive me I know from experionce. I wouldent worry too much about people being at the TET Event instead of at the rally. after all we want the people who's hearts are in this right? not the causuel passers bye. of course we can expect to take a hit on our number of people comeing but there reely is not that much you can do about it. Changeing the time on such short notice is a terrible idea, if jagex is going to come they will do it at the time specified. unless of course they are reading this topic or put you on some sort of priority chat but I doubt it's likely.

yes I have been tracking this game for quite some time. Unfortunately my computers 5 years old so Ill have to get a new one before I can give it a try. I try'd the free trial on DOD (made by the same company) and I gota tell you you better have the minimal requirements or its a Lag fest from a overworked CPU.

its probaly the old Leader- Follower routine. as to no honour clans it all depends. Define your idea of Honour. for some it can be as simple as not turning on fellow Clan members and others a strict following of ARPK. My order has its own code of honour that falls somewheres inbetween. we hunt the skulled and those out there to kill other players. skillers and the likes are safe. about clans like ROT I personaly don't think you can redeem yourself simply by trying to be honourble. for that to happen they would need to apologise to every clan they have jumped in the wild and crashed wars excetra. you cant just come out one day after months if not years of dishonourble behavior and say your honourble now. your past is a part of who you are clans like rot will need to work very hard indeed to restore there reputation. as to are there any big No Honour clans out there I couldent say. the very fact that they have "no honour" meens they lack the glue to hold there members togeather. there is a old saying, "there is no honour ammongst thives" without honour amongst each other they will not last long enough to become what you would consider BIG.

Homeworld game of the year addition. it was one of the first to feture such a level of graphics and easy to use yet compehensive interface. and it still has a online community today. other rts's that where good well I have only played midevial total war so I cant speek for the others. the online element seems rather dead now days. command and conquer red alert 2 was good dispite the old graphics and build/ click and destroy game play that has plauged the series for so long. Id like to see a RTS that fetures more stratagy and less building and resource harvesting. Ground controll did this pretty well and Ground controll 2 fetured a rather interesting way to bring in troops and get resources. you brough them in with drop ships and got command points for takeing objectives. but if you had too many troops all the command points would go twoards supporting them so you wouldent be getting any more reinforcements. this was nice becouse it fixed the old build ten time the enemys ammount of forces and swarm them approch that gets old reel fast and foreced you to aculy put some stratagy into it. add the fact that you want vetren troops it made you less likely to use suicide attacks. the AI on the other hand was somewhat lacking in my oppinion. sending legionares to assult your flame thrower defence batteries was beyond stupid especialy as they where supposed to be on the defencive. Well at any rate their are 5 good RTS Games that you may of never heard of. and since the original Ground controll is free in perpicipation with game spy it makes it the one game listed heer every one could try if they wanted too. but if your running a NT based operateing system do yourself a favor and set the compatibility mood to windows 98. even then the briefings can turn into broken records from time to time. the nice thing about the original Ground controll is No in game reinforcements unless its in the scenerio. that In my oppinion is something thats lacking in RTS games at large. of course the total war series did a nice job of fixeing that problem with battles too. also Stronghold was fun but its more of a castle Sim than a RTS

lord of the rings the return of the king was a pretty good hand to hand combat game in my oppinion. that one had alot of action and immersing game play over all. it got good rateings too.
