  1. 11,715 Alright, pardon me while the 'Hell-bender', as well as the 'Saradominist/Christian' (Yes, I've noticed some of the similarities...) in me team up to pick some music this time... Heck, the overall tone of this one might give you nightmares... Of course, that is what my darker sides love to do, even when they are working in tandem with my lighter ones. ....... BTW, you'll have to click the link to listen, as this is NOT one of those nifty YouTube videos. (Sorry, everyone! :( ...) From MusicNation.com, Jennifer Grassman's "Keep Silent"... http://musicnation.com/music/jennifergrassman/keep-silent Link to Jennifer Grassman's Main Page: http://musicnation.com/music/jennifergrassman ~D. 2. (... :P ...) You've never been around the "CountDown from 15K" thread, or if you have, not recently enough. How can we miss someone that doesn't even drop in?!?!?!? :anxious: <*DVD suddenly has an anxiety attack, and falls over from shock with an insanely loud "THUD"...*> ~D. V. Devnull
  3. The cyanide should be taking effect pretty soon now... Anyway, great job on the switchover, it was incredibly smooth. Uh... WHAT cyanide? I don't use that [bleep] stuff! :shame: And BTW, the forum.tip.it DNS name already works for me. :) ~D. V. Devnull
  4. 11,726 14 Hours until I sleep... This is going to be an interesting day... :? ~Mr. Devnull
  5. When I saw that, I fell over laughing. LOL!!! <*DVD hands Neminon a giant bag of cookies, and hands Pure_MageUK a set of 3 smaller bags of cookies.*> Rewards by work done. Of course, Peter did it several times, so he gets multiple, compared to popular belief. :P  (Heck, I should have given these out earlier, but I didn't know who all the primaries were. Better late then never, I guess. ...) ~D. V. Devnull
  6. Not good... The days that I made my accounts, Jagex did not tell me about this. I guess I'm screwed if I ever have to recover. And this was the one thing I really wanted to know about my own accounts. I can see only one way to prevent abuse. Don't allow it to show publicly, and only show to the account's creator only upon successful input of the bank pin. :geek: ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  7. 11,729 Due to events beyond my control tonight, I will be up all night... This may not lend well to my mood later. :ugeek: ~Mr. Devnull
  8. You're sooooooooo asking for my video reply to that... It will come very soon now. And if you're lucky, I'll leave you with nothing more than basic nightmares. 11,731 ~D. V. Devnull
  9. Kaspersky too does that :): But tell me, how exactly can you tell it is a rootkit? I'd like to know :). In Windows, two files, but nothing's showing? In a Command Prompt, it acts like nothing's there? A technique that is used by rootkits is to hide files that are vital to the program, and/or files that are being targeted. So, there is also a chance that something else is hidden, as well as any running processes from the rootkit. :| Also, you will notice with how I spoke in my last post that even I am not 100% certain that this is the case. I just think that this is the most likely possibility. -.- ~D. V. Devnull
  10. Captainkidd, here's a duplicate of what is on the Tip.It Website: [quote name="At http://tip.it/runescape/?news=view_year ... 8#news2153 on Saturday, 20-Sep-2008 did Pure_MageUK (Peter)"]The forum is moving to a new server today and you may experience intermittent access to it. We have just created a backup of the forum database which will be used for the new server. This means any posts from this point onwards will not be transferred to the new server. For reference, this news post was made at 2PM GMT+1 (UK Time). We expect to be fully up and running on the new server by the end of today. Hopefully, this clears it all up for you? : ~D. V. Devnull
  11. Are your cookies for "forum.tip.it" on "Allow"? Do not use the "Allow for Session" setting, as that will drop your login every time the browser is shut down. :| ~D. V. Devnull
  12. I know you want this to be closed, but I have a question. Why didn't they tell us that all information posted would be lost? Would have saved alot of trouble for me... Actually, they did tell us. You must have missed the post that was up on the old forum server. Here's a duplicate of what is on the Tip.It Website: [quote name="At http://tip.it/runescape/?news=view_year ... 8#news2153 on Saturday, 20-Sep-2008 did Pure_MageUK (Peter)"]The forum is moving to a new server today and you may experience intermittent access to it. 13. After reading all of the thread so far, my opinion is that there is a rootkit on your PC, Captainkidd... :( ... Only way I can think of that you're going to kill it is with a proper antivirus. Only proper antivirus that I can think of that will do that? NOD32. :geek: Good luck getting the virus off your PC, if there really is one there. :| ~D. V. Devnull
  14. <*DVD stuffs mrmegakirby in a dark room and locks the door, leaving them there until they scream from lack of light.*> Blew it, yeh pink puffball... Now the number is ... 11,733 ... 8-) ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  15. The DNS Info has propagated. Bye-bye to slowness, hello to faster discussions! Thanks, Tip.It Staff! ~D. V. Devnull
  16. Even though I'm only part of maybe a few threads in the "Forum Games" zone of OT, I will support this idea. Given what I'm seeing above, it might finally stimulate those zones back into a 'magnet for proper fresh blood', per se... As for those who would block the inflow of new people, I think they need to get their heads out of the gutter and back up on the curb with the rest of us. Trying to prevent change will only kill those areas, or cause them to become stagnant "elitist-only" piles of total closed-mindedness that no one needs/wants... :( And BTW, I think I remember voting in that poll that Skatedog mentioned, probably one of the 25% of actives. : ~D. V. Devnull (Author's Note: I'm probably being a little extreme here... LOL... ...)
  17. Check my posts on page 161 of this thread... Then you will know. O:) 11,738 ~D. V. Devnull
  18. 11,740 My rolling eyes had nothing to do with you, Wizjany. Relax. : Just seems like this thread is way too silent. :anxious: BTW, new page. 8-) ~D. V. Devnull
  19. 11,742 I think I need to find another good youtube vid to view... The question is, "What was the last one I posted?" ... Oh well, time to go back and look. ~D. V. Devnull
  20. Five sounded reasonable as an upper limit... Eight sounds like trying to push the limits, and could lead to spam troubles. :-k ... I know, I'm a regular doomsayer, but this really seems to catch me in an odd manner. :| 5 it is then. But we could try a higher number and reduce it gradually if spam starts happening. Now that, yes, we can try. I just hope the spam doesn't come. :ohnoes: ~D. V. Devnull
  21. Maybe we need a rule about not being rude to an unknowing user, then? :-k ... Being unable to build a topic because an old one is too buried just stinks. :? (Yeah, I know, a hair extreme... But I'm grasping at straws for some kind of fix here. :anxious: ...) ~D. V. Devnull
  22. Don't worry, you only eat the amount of cake you want. We don't prepare more than we're going to use here. :P 11,745 ~D. V. Devnull
  23. Here is a link to HJT. http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US ... hijackthis Sloter, thanks for catching that one. I appreciate it. ~D. V. Devnull
  24. Yeah my point exactly Hate to spoil the mood, but I can think of three awesome sinkholes for that gp stack you had before. Prayer, RuneCrafting, and Smithing are all good options if you wish to catch up levels fast. ;) Oh well... Again, good luck on rebuilding. ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
