Free To Play Fletching
Your desire to have the skill is the very reason why Jagex won't give it to you, I'm afraid. Fletching is such a popular skill it serves as a very large carrot to lead f2pers into p2p. I agree with you, but it ain't gonna happen.

.
It should be illegal in public, but you should be able to do it in your own home. Similarly, if they ever legalise marijuana, it should also be strictly limited to private home use. This method minimises the negatives of restricting smoking (it's still a taxable product), and yet keeps the positives (less health concerns over passive smoking). As long as I don't have to smell someone else's smoke and don't have to coat my lungs with tar, I don't mind someone else smoking. In the UK, we've already banned it in public unventilated areas, but I reckon we can do one better and ban it in all public areas. But, we will never be able to stop people smoking in their own homes, otherwise it'll just be the American Prohibition all over again. EDIT: Now I've thought about it, I suppose it could be allowed in public designated 'smoking rooms', where the smoke is ventilated away.

99 fletch>99 str (str is really overrated)
Fix your spelling and grammar, and use paragraphs. It's not how common an achievement is, it's how difficult it is to attain it. Fletching and Cooking are easily 99'd compared to Strength and all the rest of the melee combat skills.

What type of bellybutton do you have?
What do you mean 'just a hole'? Can you see the intestines or something? :uhh:

F2P Forums
Unfortunately, every single intelligent f2per will be drowned by about 100 trolls. P2p is bad enough.

Appeal Status: Pending - ANSWERED!
You got lucky, it can go up to 7 days. There are thousands of people in the same situation, and they have to do the later ones first to avoid hitting the 7 day deadline.

Gender equality
Like Quoi Tu said, they can be treated equal without being treated the same. Let's think of an example... If a woman has a pet dog and cat and loves them both the same, she will treat them both equally but differently. She will feed the cat catfood, the dog dogfood, give the cat cat-litter, take the dog outside for walks, give the cat catnip, and give the dog bones. She gives them both different treatments but they are both getting about the same amount of loving. I agree with you, women are equal, but they should not be treated the same because they are different in nature from men. But, because you have to treat the genders differently, absolute equality is impossible because the two treatments are like apples and oranges. Could you say that giving the cat catnip and giving the dog a bone are perfectly equal actions? No. Could you say which is the greater/lesser one? No.

What type of bellybutton do you have?
I used to have an outie, but it turned into an innie when I was about 10. It was weird, but it was my outie.

Racism: Acceptable the other way?
Racism has brought society not only to its knees, but has smashed its dumb head against the stone floor repeatedly. People need to be re-educated about the subject. If someone treats anybody differently merely because of their ethnicity, they should be ashamed of themselves. This 'positive discrimination' (which is an oxymoron) has brought shame upon a society which should have solved the problem by now. By the way, I will always put 'Human' in the 'Other' box in all forms which ask for my ethnicity.

Marijuana, why isn't it legalized?
Because there seems to be no really reliable facts about it. You can't establish whether there's a hidden agenda or not because people feel strongly about it either way. You could simply choose what to believe and arrive with loads of info to back you up. The marijuana legalisation case suffers from 'hyper-information syndrome'. The big question: Would it be for the common good if marijuana was legalised?

My IDEAL December Behind the Scenes. What's yours?
Worst suggestion I've heard so far. Did you fail so see the sarcasm in my post? Ifso, wow man... They need to ruin a lot to compete to last years december :P Use sarcasm tags or don't use sarcasm at all. To quote Urban Dictionary, using sarcasm on the Internet is like winking on the phone. I really like these ideas, they're good for building up some really needed suggestions.

The Gods Of Runescape
I 'follow' Saradomin, and I don't agree with all that 'Balance' rubbish. Balance causes wars between good and evil, and it's not always good that wins. I think the god with the most interesting history is Zamorak, but that's probably because there's much more of it than the other gods.

Heya all just wondering And dont BS on this
I reckon that it'll be another Achievement Diary. Jagex seems to have absent-mindedly left a Achievement Diary Start sticker on the Rimmington chemist, and I can easily see it being f2p. Other than that, it'll be the Christmas event. By the way, make your title relevant to what the topic is about and fix the SPaG (Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar) in the OP.

The Next Achievement Diary: Falador + Freminnik in December!
I've noticed that too. Why are Achievement Diaries so much more fun than Quests when they have no storyline whatsoever? Is it just that they have awesome rewards? Is it the variety of tasks? Why are they so freaking addicting!?! :wall: Anyways, I'm thinking it's a Falador/Rimmington/Port Sarim diary, which should therefore be f2p.

True origin of the Jagex name and logo
Oh, I didn't know it meant something different at first, but I must admit, Java Gaming Experts is much better. Heh, you learn something new every day.

The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon
Oh boy, I remember trying to get into the Super Bonus Round. You had to grab every shiny thing that wasn't nailed down. :wall:

Education - How would you modify it?
I agree with the OT about the various exam boards, but I think that the best move would be for some kind of 'super-board' to evaluate the difficulty of different courses on the same subject, and then make the easier ones harder and vice versa. IGCES should be accessible to all schools, and should be recognised by the government. The Head of School should reserve the right to suspend or expel any student. Teachers should reserve the right to give out detentions up to 1 hour during school days, and 3 hours during a Saturday. Students should reserve the right to appeal any punishment to a board of teachers other than the one who delivered the punishment. Homework should be allowed, but steps must be taken if it is generally felt that it is replacing teaching, no copy-pasting from books. It should be at the minimum possible level. Schools should be strongly encouraged to have Uniforms, but their design should be decided by the Head of School. Science, Maths, English and at least one Modern Language (French/German/Spanish/Russian/Italian/Mandarin Chinese/etc.) should be compulsory at GCSE level. Students must have a significant say about changes in the school. There's probably loads of other things I'd do, but I can't think of any more big ones right now.

Worlds #1 Sport?
I could equally say that Running/Jogging/Walking is a waste of time.

What would Runescape gp look like up close?
I think it probably varies, from elaborate designs to blank coins, depending on how/where it was made, but overall being the same weight in solid gold.

HEROES SPOILER!!
That wouldn't work as quickly as Adam because she doesn't have 350~ years to be hit with. The Haitian...meh.Will-She couldn't regrow her scalp,I doubt she could regrow her whole head yet. I really want to know Arthur's story :? . You make some good points. I wonder if Arthur can take an ability he has already acquired? Still, my point about the Haitian still stands. As for Claire's scalp, maybe Sylar did something with her brain at that point to temporarily stop the regeneration process so he had time to get at the brain and acquire it? It's not unreasonable with his intuitive aptitude.

Increase RuneScape Data
Or maybe put in some signs next to the minigames which display all that detailed information for the last 20 games or something? I suppose if you want them all in one place, there could be some kind of 'Minigame Super-sign' somewhere. It's always better if we can keep as much as possible in-game for accessibility. EDIT: The Highscores are only on the website instead of ingame because we can use them for dynamic signatures and stuff. Generally you only want to refer to one or two exceptional games in which you participated, so print-screen is sufficient.

I'm SCREWED
'fraid so. Unless it wasn't in any contract that you signed with the school (which I severely doubt), you have to pay it. I suggest getting a loan.

Worlds #1 Sport?
Football (not American), the best sport in the world, followed by Rugby, followed closely by Extreme Ironing.

Sometimes jagex just goes overboard
Oh noes! Stop punishing us for breaking rules Jagex, it's not fair! Get over it. You broke the rules, you get punished accordingly. I wonder if Jagex actually does a good job with rule breakers and it's just that people who get black marks/mutes/bannages try to get around the system in any way possible. :shame:
