  1. No, that isn't any better than smoking tobacco. And when you say healthy, do you mean comparatively? Because tobacco isn't much competition when it comes to health benefits.
  2. I like this suggestion, but I'd like to see a Guthix one. Also, wouldn't it be better if you could swap with any altar associated with the major gods?
  3. That's a nice idea, I support.
  4. You can do anything if you set your mind to it. Think of all that pie... I wonder what's the largest pumpkin pie ever made from a single pumpkin? OT: That's awesome. How the hell did they carry away and hide a 450 lb pumpkin without being seen?
  5. Here's a Physics one: How does wire thickness affect it's strength? A Chemistry one: How does temperature affect the diffusion of iodine in water? And a Biology one: How does the brightness of an environment affect the behaviour of woodlice?
  6. I think we should discuss this only when the update is released, although it's a good idea.
  7. There is no proof that Jagex is going to change BH in that way, although they will have to change something, ranging from reducing the number of BH worlds to beefing up the rewards, just so that each crater is popular enough to be reasonably RWT proof. How they'll actually act, however, is not certain.
  8. Uglier than a bunyip? They don't have to be pretty to look at to be damn useful.
  9. Wow, these seem to be great posts, I do hope that they have been saved at least somewhere!
  10. Apparently you have to make your own supplies in the Stealing Creation minigame, so it wouldn't surprise me that it also includes making summoning pouches.
  11. There are some guidelines on how to be male, have long hair and look good all at the same time, and plenty of people before me have listed them, as well as succeeded in my opinion. I might try it out once I'm out of school, because mine is straight and dark brown (possibly the most average hair ever? ). Two more years to go... :wall:
  12. Oh right, you were thinking about volumes instead of quality. But you can find calcium in plenty of foods other than milk, it's just that the media has portrayed milk as 'a good source of calcium' which has led some people to believe that milk is the only way to get it. I can't be bothered to list alternatives, but you could google it if you're interested. Actually, did you know, that some people who are allergic to milk in general, and with certain types of milk, the milk actually draws calcium out of your bones. Yeah, I did know, but then you wouldn't be having any ice-cream at all, what it's made out of wouldn't matter. You say some types of milk draw calcium from your bones, I don't know whether to believe that, but I do know that cow and human milk doesn't do that. It's not like they're proposing echidna ice-cream or something.
  13. You're probably right, but wait and see! : This is a really great BTS, finally they've decided to drop the insignificant updates and have gone with the big chunky ones which we (or at least I) love!

  15. Borrow it from other nations? You could borrow it from the IMF and learn waht its like to be a 3rd world country and send al your money of to them... But up here in alberta, we have maybe $15 billion saved away if we were to go all depressiony again.. so its all goodish here. Yeah but Alberta has oil. That doesn't count. :| I don't know enough about this bailout plan to be confident in an opinion, but I am pretty sure that it's going to be tough few years to come. Ah, Que Sera Sera.
  16. Didn'tcha know? Everybody who is properly alive has an inner obsession with Line Rider. I'd make an entry, but I don't really have the time. Maybe I'll make one in the weekend.
  17. That's what happens when an armour set is released over a very long period of time. Consider the d med. It was incredibly expensive at first, but it became dirt cheap as better alternatives arrived over time and so many people were left with d meds which they no longer needed. Plate legs, the same situation. D chain, the same situation. However, things like the bandos chestplate are so expensive because no superior item for the same purpose has had time to arrive, and there still aren't that many in the game. However, you could 're-release' plate legs at a higher price by giving a significant stat boost should the complete set be worn at the same time. The stats would be superior, the price would skyrocket.
  18. I fixed some of those problems in a previous post. :
  19. Me agree! Why not head over to the Bugs & Suggestions forum and make a thread for this?
  20. What about runecrafting? Surely that would be somewhat more viable as well? Or do we need a figure greater than 60K for things like law running? (I have never studied the profit rates of running, you can tell.)
  21. Me too, I've only got a pathetic 122 quest points, which at 1450 total is shamefull  At least now, I'm kinda motivated (aswell as 175 for RFD) to quest :ugeek: Pfft, I didn't do Sheep Shearer until I was like 114 combat. D: I'm 1750 total or something now and I've got 190. 131 combat. I don't wanna get a quest cape until I finish maxing my melee cause I do slayer and I can't get warped terrorbirds or scarabites yet. An advantage gained by not questing = ftw. :P Though, I'm at 95 defence, so it won't be that much before I am maxed melee (already 99 att and str >.>) Anyways, its a good update. Its a lot of work to get to the point where you can transfer 60k every 15 minutes. But I think its a good limit. [/hide] Agreed. Although after some consideration, I think it should stop there. Jagex have said they're increasing the limit yet again in the weeks to come. :| You mean when they are releasing the 270th quest point? The increase will be so small it's hardly worth mentioning, and technically it's already happened, it's just impossible to access.
  22. Yay, that's a much more sensible limit than 30K, but they've only planned ahead for one quest. Why don't they just make it as a percentage of quest points obtained, or extend it past 270 qp, so they don't have to keep updating it?
  23. By Jove, I think he's got it! =D>
  24. It was of my understanding that an entire post of leet speak, or a large quantity of it without translation was considered spam. It's context sensitive, so you can't just censor it.
  25. Am I sensing a teeny bit of cowardice? Just kidding. ;) This part of the suggestion is pretty much vital, or there should at least be severe penalties and restrictions so you can't repeatedly run until you duel the opponent you want.
