  1. If you disconnect, your grave needs to be blessed really quickly before it disappears. Once blessed, your items will stay there for the 60 minutes regardless of whether you log in or not.
  2. So, without cape or torva, you can heal 222 lp per minute with unicorn, neglecting the first 3 scrolls. With both spirit cape and torva, you can heal 393 lp per minute, again neglecting the first 3 scrolls. That seems pretty damn significant to me. Would love to see someone using this. With just sprit cape (no torva), you go up from 1.5 specs per minute to 1.875 specs per minute (if you always use a scroll before you "waste" your special bar by letting it sit at full - this is why you rarely get the theoretical max at places where you don't take consistent damage). This means that with just spirit cape, unicorn heals 277 lp per minute. Pretty good, but it is at the cost of a better cape (sw or fire). Keep in mind that these figures are based on the fact that Runescape always rounds down to the nearest integer, and that summing special bar restores at 15 points per 30 seconds.
  3. I repot as soon as I get to 118/125. For bosses, that can change depending on what boss, how many supplies, etc. Generally I have overloads though.
  4. But with free trade, the GE WILL work properly. It won't be influenced by the current floors/ceilings. Items that previously were "stuck" in the GE due to having a higher street price than GE price will no longer have that issue: People can set their own price, and after a few days that GE will catch up to the market price. These items are low in trade volume anyway, not to mention typically being very expensive, and really shouldn't be an issue at all. Easier than the current junk/street system for sure. Average items should, generally, but going for about what the guide price says. Might need to get used to double checking prices on forums or something, but overall should not be of concern for low value items.
  5. I've blessed hundreds of millions worth of stuff since Nex came out... going to be a lot of e-drama if graves do end up working like this. Alternately, no one will use good items any more and boss hunters get to deal with people who refuse to use anything other than black d hide and broad bolts.
  6. Okay. I see now that they only said immediately visible dropped items for the wilderness. Guess corp remains to be seen - good chance it'll give you a minute like before though. I hope, anyway. But really, gravestones should never be lootable. I know we all survived with lootable deaths before, but the game has a changed a lot. Lots of valuable items now... People will end up losing their chaotics due to people that don't bless because they want to loot some dragon boots and verac helms.
  7. So for corp (don't think this was clarified) - your lost items are instantly visible? Lol.
  8. Wait... so dropped items will be immediately visible?? What about "juggling" items...? Fail. And grave loot will be visible when the timer runs out?? Seriously hope these 2 things get changed. Gonna be a [cabbage] load of angry people dying at bosses because no one will bless... will lead to no one bringing good items to bosses anymore. I typically risk around 50m when bossing... it's a risk I accept when I solo, but with this setup we will be right back to where we were - trying to kill your own teammates at bosses. Think back to the days of dag king luring... bet that starts again the first day trade is back.

Considering switching my major from mechanical engineering to mechatronics engineering. It would set me back a year, not quite sure how I feel about that. However, it might open up the possibility for a double major if I really squish classes in there, or at the very least I could add a minor with the holes that will open up in my schedule (lots of classes I took this year also count towards the mechatronics program). Some extra classes in computer science or something might be worth it. Got some decisions to make.
  10. Wait what? (2) Each hit on you will have the same chance of activating. Regardless of how many low damage attacks you're taking, any attacks by the boss will still have the same chance of being reduced.
  11. I'll grab a pair, but doubt I'll ever use. Already got quite a bit of combat experience :P
  12. He is definitely confirming that curses and regular prayers have the exact same effect for her soulsplit phase.
  13. I find that a rapier works pretty well on her too. Don't have a maul to test against, but I can't really see her actually having less crush defence than any other melee bonus.
  14. I was referring to Shane/Oh Zero One's thread. It got deleted months ago.
  15. I'd also say the calculations are a bit off. I remember the thread on RSOF showing that it was a bigger difference than that. Let me think about it for a minute... EDIT: Well I'm not really feeling the math right now. It's clear that divine, strictly in terms of inventory space, IS better. This is magnified considerably when using extreme prayer potions. But you need to take into account the less tangible effects. Waiting longer before brewing up is huge. The number of kills you get where you don't eat at all on some bosses goes up by a lot - this means no attacking with reduced stats, no missing rounds of combat when you spam brew, etc.
  16. Guy 1: "Selling whip 10m!!!" Guy 2: "Buying whip 15m!!!" Noob: "Oh wow I can make 5m I hope guy 1 doesn't see guy 2!!... hey... where'd guy 2 go?"
  17. I've soloed 8 dragon chains, 3 d2hs, and 2 kq heads... and yes I would put the KQ as the 3rd hardest boss to solo. I can probably do around 10 kills per trip without too much trouble... but can do ~20+ on all the gwd bosses. Not to mention the quickest way to get multiple kills per trip at KQ is to hop worlds after every kill.
  18. I was in Neelke's team yesterday, can confirm that it was working pretty good. We got around 10 kills with ~20 person teams, and that was with a few people who weren't listening to instructions.
  19. But comparing chaotic weaponry to the new armour does not make sense. Using chaotics when cannoning dag kings actually gives you MORE profit per hour because of increased kills per hour than the whip. However this new armour does not increase offensive capabilities at all meaning that you are spending x amount of money for defensive capabilities. It will not give you any more profit than using bandos would, and since you can survive and dks/basically any other boss until you are bored, I see little incentive to use this armour outside of Nex/pvp. I mean for lighthouse dags :P I understand that they won't be good in any place we can already survive. However, if the armours DO increase the amount that brews/unicorns heal... then I think we will see some places that will newly become very survivable. Solo bandos/arma healing only with unicorn perhaps? Load up on super prayers and solo for hours...
  20. Possibly, but I'm positive that I hit 0 with the specials more often than 1-300 or whatever my max happens to be.
  21. I personally do not care at all about degrading, and use my chaotics everywhere including dags while I cannon. Looking forward to eventually owning the new armours.
  22. Gah, used to know how much it increased my max (pre lp update) but forget now =\ Was something like an increase from 38-41 though. I remember years ago a forum thread with a j mod trying to explain how it worked... no one really understood.
  23. The problem i can see with FFA are the minions. If the killer is based on damage on Nex, but you need to kill minions to kill Nex effectively, the teams wouldn't do very well. I'd still like to see some good solo try. You can't hit Nex once the minion is attackable though right? So I can only see that as an issue on like the blood phase or something if people purposely let her heal so they can keep attacking while others go for minion.
  24. Soma: I find it's best to just look for the people asking for the highest requirements :P xpx: I did notice that while using SWH I hit a few suspicious 500's... same with ruby of course. Anyone else confirm this? Saw someone advertising FFA team, not sure if this will catch on or not.
  25. Did 4 kills in my last RSOF team of ~12 people, people are finally starting to fail a bit less at this. Would love more info on droprates, and on what the bow is like. Hopefully once smaller teams become prevalent the armour won't be too hard to get via lootshare.
