I don't like PC products that much because they used a cheap method of training something relatively difficult, and also look at their slayer level... I dont mind them tho, atleast im not forced to fight or argue with them, so more power to them.

Don't worry about it, i asked a mod about just mentioning a site name, he says that from the official guide on how to mod and when to mute, it says to not report if the name is mentioned

I have to agree with you here. Why Tip.it is falling downward, I cannot say, maybe its the few WBMs and the insurge of new players on this forum . Needless to say, the community hasn't turned into the RSOF yet.

I feel a bit mixed about this chat. I think he is allowed to sell at his own prices(WOW, 1 gold piece extra if you cannot get there, big whoop). It is kinda sad that he is a lv 121 doing that, probably a PC product who is starting quests.

There's the thinking I was waiting for in this thread. This rule isn't about the ramifications on the surface, but what it prevents below the obvious. Yes, I agree that on the surface it's a moronic rule- it's the player's items, nothing wrong with transfering the ownership back to themselves. But there are problems beyond that, one example being the above hypothesis. If people didn't suffer consequences for their bans, i.e. losing their items, how would the Runescape community react? Not very maturely, no doubt. In fact, to an extreme it could bring in-game chaos, with players breaking rules with no fear of losing any item of value, possibly resulting in the destroying ofany reputation Runescape still has left. Yah, don't think Jagex wants that. So everyone, I urge you to look beyond the surface, to think as the above player did- what is it about this rule, no matter how idiotic it may appear, that makes it necessary for Jagex to keep and enforce? Couldn't have worded my thoughts better myself. Seriously though, it is kinda pathetic when you see lv 10s running around with party hats, the only way to figure out how they get it is to ask them how they obtained the hat. They will 99/100 times say they merchanted. I call BS to that all the time because half the time almost NO skills are ranked. I personally own a disk of returning, and I've had it as a gift from a friend who quit long ago, and I wonder where these low levels get their items. Simpler form: If a level three has a rare and no ranked skills, and doesn't have any of the untradeable rares, report them.

Is this going to hinder the application process? Not much. The only thing I can see us doing to prepare is perhaps not send any application responses for the five days leading up to the purge. Small note, if you get any with 31 IV in ANY area, keep it for breeding out the best IV's you can get. Then work with those, raising your stats selectively. I spent a month building a Hippowdon with a good tank nature, a male gender, and 31/31/31/28/31/31 IV spread, which I cloned through the GTS and promptly traded for some rare berries and a NYPC Lickilicki with the following moves: Wish Heal Bell Me First Explosion(STABed power!!!)

Looking for a unique setup for him? This is the one I personally run: Stockpile Slack Off Earthquake Ice Fang Note that Fissure is banned from the metagame, and Stockpile isnt the best setup in the game, sure you'll get some defense boosts, but Hippow doesn't have good special attack capabilites. So basically, your setup beats his badly. Spit up and Swallow are horrible moves, purely because they use your stockpiles, and effectively kill your defenses, which is what Hippow is about.
