Well, considering Japan has had many nearly identical stimulus plans which haven't worked... And that these taxes will now be levyed on the grandchildren and probably great-grandchildren of the generation making this decision... And that the proven way to go during a recession is lower taxes, lower government spending, I'd say, yeah, he's failed already. But in my mind he failed before he took office... Having a Treasury secretary who's got tax problems isn't very smart either. Also, giving tax cuts to people who don't pay federal taxes isn't a tax cut, it's free money. :evil:

I am not a big fan of either DC or Marvel, I prefer manga. My favorite series is Hikaru No Go, which used to be serialized in Shonen Jump but is no longer, I think Death Note (which I also like) has replaced it, but I'm not sure. I do own the first five or six volumes of Hikaru No Go, and about 8 Shonen Jumps. There's also Shojo (idk how to spell it, I don't read it) Beat, basically manga aimed at girls... I also had an obessession for some time with Yu-Gi-Oh, particularly the Millenium World stage. I don't like it anymore with the advent of Yu-Gi-Oh GX, and I used to play the card game as well, but haven't bought any since GX came out. I also like Shaman King, and I'll pick up Naruto every once in a while. I don't think manga's gotten particularly bad recently, maybe there seems to be more of that stuff to you, but if you look you can definitely find something you like... A few good ones are Shaman King, Death Note, Hikaru No Go, the old Yu-Gi-Oh Duelist ones, Saint Sianya (I spelled it wrong), One Piece is okay, I don't know very many other manga but I'll look... http://www.shonenjump.com is their website I believe. Bleach is pretty awesome, also YuYu Hakasho (spelled wrong probably).

So I have a friend who is quite accomplished at GIMP; he routinely does photomanips which generally involve removing hands/eyes/faces/etc. and does quite a good job at it. Anyway, he's not much into sigmaking or animations, and so what else can be done with GIMP? Any random ideas would be appreciated or specific things to do with GIMP. Also, he doesn't have any extra plug-ins or brushes yet, I'm hoping to remedy that soon, if you've got a brush set or plug in to reccomend, please do.

Weekdays: Mother wakes me up about 6:30 Get dressed, eat breakfast Bus comes at 7 School from 7:30 to 2:17 Then help small children from 2:30 to 3:30 Get a ride home Eat snack Do homework, if any Computer (Tif, DevART, Fb) from 3:45ish to 5ish Eat dinner Watch TV/More computer/do any leftover homework Eat snack 7ish Take shower 8ish Hide in room reading/drawing/writing until about 9-10 Go to bed Weekends vary greatly.

Is there a suitable place you could put a blog pertaining to anything but (alright not anything, mostly writing and art) your RuneScape character? I've been thinking about this for some time and it seems to me that while we don't have a specific area, would it be accepted in BlogScape, or would you have to have two different topics, one in the Varrock Library and one in the Gallery? I don't know, this is something to think about, perhaps add something to Varrock/Falador/Gallery for this sort of thing, in fact the Falador Library might be a really good place to put this sort of thing...

I was really hyped up as I just won my hockey game (4-3, really close but was an awesome game) and I am going to get some ice time in on sunday. But I get home and the freaking tank alert (we've got a septic tank and when this goes off it means it's close to filling which is bad) was going off AGAIN. It had gone off like a couple of days ago ... My brother's got a band concert and my parents are both there so I can't take a shower until they figure out if we can fix it... Which stinks, quite literally.

Sure, with that same pic? I can do it on Friday for sure, but I've got hockey in a bit so I can't do it today... :D

Mountain Dew is by far my favorite. Healthiest is this XS Sports Drink stuff Amway makes, I drink the sugar free kind, it's sort of like flavored water only it's probably better for you.
