I'll go with you on the flash drive. Now a days you can get them cheap. +1, I got a 8 GB one for $20 a while back, which when you think of it, beats the price of CDs big time. There's also a Sandisk 4GB I can get for $10 around here, brand new, but I already paid for one $45 last year haha.

My friend showed me the highest graphics of WoW, and the only thing is you see farther than in Rs, as the graphics of RS have gone higher than WoW's.

Could you look in the process tab which process is taking up all the memory (k)? False, it's 15% of free space on the hard drive, as files would be starting to pretty much cross-link. 500MB is very small nowadays for hard drive space.

Why use Opera 6.2 instead of 9.62? That makes some of your results flawed, as I use both Opera and Firefox at the same time often, and Opera is faster than Firefox, and not just when pressing the back button.

I would also remove Norton, just too heavy in RAM and CPU usage. Avira Antivir or Avast will do a much better job for less RAM and CPU usage, much less.

I would still try to run scans with good antiviruses. All the antiviruses you used (listed in your first post) are weak and do not detect much, while most of them are very heavy on the CPU usage. Spybot S&D is usually very good though as antispyware =\. I would try Avira Antivir/Avast if I were you, and although malwarebytes is very good, I would still run a shot with Ad-Aware.

I find it funny how for some people the folder has to have admin rights and some they don't. It never prompted me (exept Java the first time, as on XP) for such a thing, and I have that cache.

Yeah, I'm surprised as well how many people don't shut them down while they sleep, it's a useless thing to do as it uses electricity and makes a higher electricity bill. Last time I kept my computer on was when I did a memtest to see if my computer was more stable with the new psu(which it is, and even is faster). Although I think I shouldn't be surprised as there was a time I did keep it open for up to a week. Now I shut it down every night, and even some days.

Maybe he doesn't know how to build a computer. Personally I'd go with HP, very reliable. HP just tried to hard to turn computers into eye candy, which is swell if you want something in say, your living room. But you could easily get the same specs from Dell much cheaper, without the glossy case. Acer has cheap computers, and a lowsy custom support, as well as using cheap parts. All in my experience at least. I'm still leaning towards Dell, since the government/U.S Military largely uses them, surely there's a reason behind that. Any of those brands are reliable though, it all comes down to preference and cost. If your looking for award winning customer support however, Apple is surely the winner. Most companies make different quality of computers. For example, Dell and compact at least. Government gets good computers, they sell computers of lesser quality to people. We've seen that in A+. Also, as sloter, I hate dells, I see them break often too.

Well, if you want quality and reliabality(sp?), HP is the way to go. If you want the most bang for the buck, than Acer would be the choice, but the only problem is they are made with cheap parts and will tend to break more easily than other brands, and will most likely need to be changed in a year or so.

Could you post your computer specs?
