so what i'd like to know is this... did you or did you not use any type of guide what-so-ever, so we don't go making ASSumptions based on what every one has said. we all know what assuming does to people ;)

i am flaberghasted at the amount of work compfreak has gone through just to prove a point. i give kudos to that. however, that statement is 2007 and i believe that in a year, you can hire a few more people. so i'd give about a 10-20 more/less people in the graphs. it's not wrong, just a little old. almost 2 years. now i'd like to agree with the author, stating that cr is a little bit of a low. now as compfreak has shown, a signifigant amount of the staff is dedicated to some pr. well i'd like too say that it's not enough. yes, since you made it clear that you send a large amount of abuse reports or other things of that nature, it would be very hard for jagex to listen to each individual player. now here's where i come to a little issue- what about a f2p player that's been around for (oh lets say since 02) and he never became a member. gets an occurence with a black mark and makes a big stink. now there's a player who's been on the game since 04 and immediately got membership. he has seen his share of updates/ups and downs of rs and he makes a big stink about getting black marks. who gets priority? is it the one who has contributed more? if so how can one tell how much the f2p player has contributed? we have a complicated problem here. now i'd like to say that of those millions of accounts, how many are a) still used, B) just a secondary account c) quit/retired/death/boredom/people who only played the game for 10 minutes? once again it's be pretty hard to tell but by those few reasons for accounts, the numbers would be signifigantly lower i'd like to say. now i'm not saying all of this is true. i'm simply stating that if compfreak is to lay out the information part it should be newer and i'd like a source (i'm not doubting you, i just want to see for myself) i have no points i'd like to defend or elaborate on, it's just that i'd like this thread to be as thorough as can be. there's my two cents. =)

i've got 400 sapphires at my disposal and 800 bars of gold, and 400 balls of wool. i'm not looking for experience, just something to like do. profit would be cool profit>experience making bolts, bracelets, rings, amulets, any enchantment of any kind. not selling them for the record. selling them would be a waste of time. i got nearly 30m it's barely a dent.

it's a natural thing that's as old as (uhh) time. if animals do it, it's ok because they're uncivilized and don't have the society that we do. or so i'd go so far too assume. so here's my big question- why is sex bad?! i'm certain without a doubt in my mind that every single being that is old enough to think independently has thought about it (see!??! i'm calling sex it!!! i hate you amawikuh!). i don't see why it's so "taboo" among our peers, elders and some of our respective friends! honestly how many of you can say that they knew the truth about condoms, knew the REAL risk of std's, or about any sexual crimes that may come of intercourse from their parental unit? now i understand that for a society to be rather civilized it wouldn't be very smart too have the male reproductive organ mentioned in every other sentence and the womans body parts respectively. but can we at least agree that sex is a natural part of life that *lets hope most* we experience?? why must we bury it under our beds? why is it so "bad" to do?? numerous amounts of past civilizations enjoyed sex so much they made it a buissiness! romans any one? (lets not mention the whole... dictatorship and coliseum where people killed other people for enjoyment thing) now if you're in a different country i'm am thoroughly ignorant of your customs or ways. i am saying that now so there is no miscommunication where one assumes i know everything about the netherlands, england, ireland, and germany. i mean come on if we didn't have it we'd cease to exist! i'm convinced we're still in the dark ages. lets go follow the pope aimlessly

so let me get this straight... you're mad that the last quest you did was way too easy. the quest came out 26-Nov-2008 and you claim that the requirements "aren't too high". what i do find odd is that you're posting this in January. now after 3 months i'd think that even the lowest level of players with a decent amount of quests done could do all of that skilling very leisurely. what else i find odd is that since the reward is so great shouldn't the pitiful *as i get the impression your giving me* quest be even more rewarding? i mean you didn't get some little b.s. amount of experience. if some one gave you 600 dollars for doing a course in school above a certain grade, wouldn't you do it? people may find that course too be very difficult and every ones different in terms of their preferences. also if you happen to have used a quest guide wouldn't that also be equivalent to having the procedure of how to solve every problem on a test/quiz? all your really doing is mindlessly copying what this guide does in either example. if you did happen to use the quest guide (which i'm mostly sure you did) then i dismiss this rant and say your complaint is invalid. any one who is "really good" at following directions can do any quest that jagex has too offer.

i think it's a cause and effect of people doing stupid/annoying things. just put the word noob after something and automatically you're looked down upon in the "pking word". here's the dumbest rules i've come to realize in rs. no prayer, no eating so you're too far from a dds spec, no high defence (up to and not beyond 75), your str must be 99 by the time you're 110 combat, don't use ANY prayer (piety/chivalry too!), don't run away when a 2nd/3rd person comes, and if you don't have the stats of a "model pker" then you don't belong here. this is why i hate rs. people take this game too far and when you try to tell them that they say YOU have no life. you don't really want to get so mad but if you knew them in real life, you'd give them a lesson on accepting a beating. please take a lesson in english grammer and spelling please. it'd save us all one more post to read about some one posting a picture with a cat.

no it's not that dragon owns, it's that bandos is [cabbage] also- dharoks actually owns all. best stats for the cheapest cost. less than 600k for legs and plate and i'm in. if you get the helmet then you sir are stupid. how about cost comparison? i think dfull is like all bandos armor put together.

how about you make money as you mtk?... ever think about that? while your little 'enemy' is making 100k a day (or so i've heard, i use it and have never made records beyond a rough estimate) you could make a whopping 1m if you just crafted laws for a few hours. mtk is quite possibly the easiest thing to do in rs. AND IT'S NOT ILLEGAL ZOMG?! make a complaint about people buying their money, not people being lethargic/thrifty about it.

[/hide] can you please show me where it says it's designed for 10 year olds? i believe that it's rated for teenagers and up. they did just unblock [wagon] so i think it's worth the T rating. can some one please find the total experience needed for quest cape and compare it too a 99? i'm willing to bet it's higher for quest cape. also for all you quest cape haters out there- unless you have 69+ smithing and 63+ farming i don't want to even hear you mention anything about how the quest cape requirements are "easy". i'll tell you what's easy- spending about a week at rogues den cooking sharks to 99 cooking. or even fletching your magic longbows. i wouldn't have 80+ in all the skills i do if they weren't easy. how bout you try to defend something a little more difficult to get like thieving agility prayer summoning or (debatable) slayer.

when i was 3 years old i had some my mom gave me some yogurt and then i put it in the oven because i couldn't reach the fridge. so then i continued to crawl up the stares, go into my dads room, climb on the toilet, from there climb onto his counter, and throw his cologne all over the place. i saw his contacts and figured they were evil (that i can remember) and put them down the sink. then i proceeded to get the baby powder and throw it all around the room. my dad came to the rescue eventually to find me on the floor covered in baby powder smelling like a hot stud. he picked me up and put my head on his shoulder. i threw up on him. he gave me a bath, changed his shirt, then decided to bake me brownies. he preheated the oven and eventually came upon a burning smell. the yogurt from the nightbefore is in a melted mess on the coil of the oven. he abandoned the idea of brownies and just went to work. he was several hours late. : edit: added the noun, and confirmed story with myself. i said this was not a lie and so i'm choosing to belief me.

so i recently read an article where a college made a list of words not too say around campus or in classrooms. i don't exactly remember what the rules were however they were quite awesome. if you're as annoyed with the media as i am choose 6 words you would ban the media from using. this could change oh, ever year or so. here's my list :pray: 1. barack obama 2. green 3. environment 4. economy 5. recycling 6. healthcare howsabout you?

But someone does always make it fail. You can't tell me that there won't be atleast one corrupt person in the government that steals money from citizens. It's also not fair that a doctor has to have the same pay as a cashier. so... there's no corription even within a capitalistic society? how about that blahhhgoyuhvich guy? or that guy that stole like 50 billion dollars through some scam on wallstreet. corruption is unavoidable in any society. in communism it's a little harder to get rid of, to detect, for it to spread, and for it to be stopped. what i'd like to say that if a society had the right leaders and civillians a communist society would work perfectly. but upon realizing human nature this wouldn't happen. oh yeah- our capitalist society just bailed out 3 auto makers because they didn't make enough money. it's pretty much a corrupted economy usa has atm. ford isn't making enough money so everyone in the united states who payed their taxes is now paying the auto industry money to stay afloat. buuut... what about those tax payers? lots of businesses have gone into bankruptcy and have pulled themselves up and above what they previously were at. look at delta airlines! they declared bankruptcy (in i believe 2003) and then reformed themselves. then they bought another competitor airliner after they restructured. they made A LOT of money from doing that. if the government just put 1000 dollars back in the pockets of people who honestly pay their taxes and don't have outstanding debt i bet that the economy would be a tad better. it's a radical assumption- yes but so is bailing out our automakers.

Machiavelli we have here. i'll assume you wanted to say tweeking and not weeking, how am i sure that the money is not going to be mismanaged? remember the attack that set the forums back a few months? how am i to be sure some one else would not have the same feelings and do the same attack and cost tipit thousands of dollars? if i'm going to fork up my money i want to be sure it goes to use. whether i donate 2 dollars or 200 dollars, i want that money to go toward something that would give me happiness in the end, directly or indirectly. let me tell you another attack after donating 50 dollars would make me quite the pissed off individual.

got other charities that deserve my money. if tip.it dies off (which could happen (although i can't see it happening)) it won't affect the world in such a drastically large world. people will find that 404 error or find themselves at a random search engine looking for the deleted tip.it. if i wanted to throw my money away to a cause people find important but still pay, i'd pay my income tax. moral of the story- tip.it can survive on advertisements. can the hungry? the homeless? perhaps the ones without industrialization? i think not. my money goes towards those that need it. tip.it can/will survive and if adds need to be increased so be it. don't ask for my money.

OK, so I just got my 50th task in a row and i received 225 points from it. I was ESTATIC. I quickly upon receiving this news update went and gloated to all of my fellow companions. They opened their eyes in awe and wished they could be in such a position. Oh what a feeling! I rushed hopping and skipping my way to the Duradel replaced Lapalok (my apologies for spoiling a quest for you). In my excitement I quickly went to him and happily requested to see the rewards I may be eligible for! I scanned the rewards table and I saw that I didn't need slayer experience, as I was a very skilled one already. Then it caught my eye. The ability to make slayer rings! Of course! My new task of abbarent specters would prove this ring to be very helpful indeed! Without a second thought I purchased it with full glee. Having 14 slayer gems already in my bank I teleported to edgville and went to the furnace with all the supplies. Oh how I couldn't wait to start slaying again! With my next clicks I was wishing upon the gift of a slayer ring :pray: . But...wait.... what the heck is this? You need 75 crafting to be able to do this? You mean that 71 is not enough? "How could this be?!" I thought to myself. How infuriated I was! How can one learn how to make something but clearly not be able to make it at all! It clearly makes absolutely no sense in the slightest bit! Here would be a good example. to make toast you need bread, a toaster and about 5 minutes. Now you obviously have the toaster and the bread. You plug the toaster in and place the bread in the wonderous device. Then in that moment a man with a whistle comes blowing it has hard as he can separating you and the toaster from each other saying you clearly are not able to do this! I can surely tell you, you'd be dumbfounded! Where the heck did this fella come from? Sheesh. Can't say i saw that coming.

oh dear... where to begin. stole 20 dollars from my cousin when 20 dollars was worth something (she was 14 years old in 05). i pretend to be a maverick/leader or signature of intelligence when really i'm exactly the same as every one else. my morals contradict each other. my eyes tend to look at the girl who has a low cut blouse. even if it's the girl i'm talking too :thumbup: i pretend to be very busy so that people will be reluctant to ask me to do things when really i'm begging for things to do. i hate conforming, social clicks, unavoidable society flaws, ignorance, and being too modest. nice guys finish last :)
