They maybe want to test their max hits? And maybe if it's multi with a lot of people, you have a lot more chance of getting the loot since the monster dies fast so you wouldn't have the time to get 2 hits in the first place.

What's the criteria for accessing it. I can still get on rs1, but when hd came out, the rs1 forums vanished. You have to speak with a Jagex Mod ingame I think :? That's what I did anyways. During an RSC event.

And who would use a weapon that strikes once an hour? :wall: I used it because apparently he didn't understand that if two weapons with about the same stats but one hits 1.5x faster, that obviously the 1.5x faster one is better. That's why I used an extreme analogy, because he wasn't really understanding something so extreme from the start. I'm sorry if it disturbed you somehow :P

This reminds me of how merchanters controlled the market before the GE. Although now the additional problem is that it's impossible to buy an item they're "buying out" unless you pay junk.

Think of having bought lots of them before the update, like 88K% profit =P~ :lol:

I'm an active investor, and I've noticed there's no specific time every day that the prices change. No one knows. One day it has taken 32 hours for the GE to update and another it has taken 18 hours.

No, they're all updated at the same time, once per day. I think he's correct, after a certain amount of items (all items included) have been transferred over the GE, the daily price change occurs. And I also believe that a certain amount of items have to be transferred for the price of one item to change. For example, I think that about 100 partyhat transfers are required for the price of the partyhat to change.

I predicted that super attack potions would rise in price, so I bought 200K of them for 44M or so, they were 220 each. One month later they were 710 each, my total of 200K super attack potions worth 142M. So I successfully made about 100M :D

Just edited my post with an explanation :P I guess I should have bought scrolls for those 40M though.

Me buying my first partyhat : I sort of had to buy it because those 150K super attack potions I was investing in were about to crash and I wasn't able to sell them on the GE. So it was a choice between a 70M loss or buying that partyhat :? Yes, I realise there was some random newb pestering us in the chat :lol:

I don't know really, but if I had to choose then I'd choose Yogosun, because he's the nr. 1 player in Sweden :P

Yeah, lol pretty much has a "whatever" meaning these days. I try not to use it.

What would you choose, a weapon that has +1 attack bonus but hit once per second, or a weapon that has +200 attack bonus but hit once per hour? :mrgreen: Longswords are 1.5x slower (from what I know) than scimitars, sorry to break your bubble.

It depends what you decide to do, that's the special thing with role playing games.

Because all the autoers left after the trading limit updates. The trading limit updates happened 9 months ago, not this month. I'm guessing it's probably because everyone's starting school for real now.
