It doesn't seem healthy to think that I'm a bi-polar and have aspergers. And the more I think about it, the more I think I'm a hypochondriac >.< It's like these things were designed to make me nuts. (or atleast think that I am, lol)

Trust me it didn't. And if you think you like her that much, than maybe if things don't work out with the other guy you could try...I don't know. What she did was pretty screwed up. You would think after 3 years she would know. But I'm guessing your only in middle school? Once you make it to high school you probably won't even remember her. I don't remember any of the guys I liked in middle school, and I really did think I would. I felt the same way as you. And I bet all the other older people here did too. Just try to get to know other girls, you never know who you could end up liking. This is true. Your thirteen, you've barely even experienced life yet. This is one girl that you'll very likely forget about in a few years tops. There's gonna be plenty of others. Trust me. I can remember 2 crushes I had prior to highschool. I know I had more, but I remember 2. And that's just because I made a big deal out of it for such a long time. But I've long since gotten over it (took maybe a week if that) after she started dating one of my friends. I sat with her at lunch everyday last year, and it was like nothing ever happened. At 13, very little matters in the field of relationships. Don't take them too seriously at such a young age.

This is the problem with this game. We can't even react to half the crap we claim we have. I just blew up Earth. Or did I? Maybe the situation was so epic, nothing happened at all. We don't know. We can't prove anything. My theory is that Russia no longer exists, the resulting shockwave Tsunami'd everything in the hemisphere, and there's a gaping hole in the atmosphere that will burn up damn near everything else in the next few days (days in game).

That's a sevante. That's slightly different than traditional Autism. Anyway, everytime I learn about a new disorder, I'm convinced I have it. Hypochondria? I have it. Aspergers? I have it. Schizophrenia? I have it. Multi-persoanlity disorder? I have it. Manic-depression disorder? I have it. Dyslexia? I have it Do I really have any of these things? No. But I constantly find myself comparing myself to having them. I can't quite put my finger on why this happens though... After taking the test, I scored a 13.

You liked a girl for 3 years and then never did anything about it? You never told your friend that you liked her? You never made your friend understand you were interested in her? On a positive note, I think you learned your lesson. Better luck next girl I suppose. as for myself, I hate life. I no longer want to be a part of it. Sledge has been dispatched to Earth to orbit Kamino's airspace to ensure safety over the South African region. Unfortunatly something went wrong, and the 50xlightspeed warp drive was accidentally activated (it wouldn't have even been nesesary considering Mars and Earth or so close. Pilot must have been drunk). Sledge entered warp speed and never had a chance to deactivate it causing a huge problem. The ship never left warp speed and plunged right into East Russia. Enjoy your crater.

I believe Doom just won the game. That was an interesting plot twist.

I'm curious to know what a "good" band name would sound like. I find the really obscure ones to be good, but aparently alot of you would disagree with me

That is a gorgeous map you got there, Arch *quietly sneaks away with Russia's Mars territory* I'm actually rather sad that Dusty quit. He was a good antagonist (not to say bad guy) to the "story" of hegemony. We've all gotten mad at him at one point in time or another, but he really kept this game alive by portraying the enemy. Now that he's gone...now what? I want a real freakin' war. Who will be war judge? I'd do it, but I can't guarentee that'll I'll always be active enough to keep up with it. My nomination for the position goes to Archimage because he's (she?) articulate, intelligent and seems to be neutral.

Because then we'd just be playing Hegemony. Hegemony didn't have enough rules. The freedom was enjoyable, but this is a more structured environment, and will be very fun...once we figure out how to play. I imagine it'll be like playing Fire Emblem, with a bit more customization, a little slower, and against intelligent humans. Almost like a slowed down version of Age of Empires. Which, when the proper rukles are placed will be a very fun game to play.

@Retech I usually threaten those that claim cloning as their specialty, as don't like the competition of my monopoly. Yours however seems to only deal with cloning your queen and reproducing asexually. I'll turn a blind eye to it, as long as it doesn't progress further than that. If you try cloniong humans, me and you are going to have a problem. Otherwise, welcome to Hegemony :D

If no one has any objections, I'd like to claim Russia's former Mars property. I'd prefer if everyone agreed to just give it to me. If not, remember that every military unit in my possession is on or orbitting Mars. Also, this happened recently: Don't bother objecting to that part. I announced expansion like 4 or 5 years ago.

When beginning a sentence "a" becomes AY. Anywhere else, "a" is "uh". When "the" is just about always "thuh". ONly to be pronounced "thee" when spelled that way.

We still haven't made any progress in these desicions? jesus. 1. Paul's idea gets my approval 2. Granzi's idea doesn't get my approval (sorry, but that's just way to much effort. if you want to go all out with your nation, be my guest and have fun, but don't expect anybody else to be able to keep up with you) 3. Monster guarding tile needs a better suggestion. As it is, the battle system takes forever, so maybe for monster maps, there will be a condensed version of the map. This will still take time, but not TOO MUCH time. 4. Resource maps. I got nothing. Are there any websites that generate random maps...WAIT I got it! Age of Empires makes resource maps for you, maybe someone with that game can send an inspirational pic to Ross so he can make an official map out of it? Or maybe we can just claim percentages of certain resources, out of a list of potential resources (metal, gold, wood, stone) So mine would be: 60% wood 30% stone 5% gold 5% metal but gold can never exceed 10% Also, we should have an official currency in this game, to make things a bit smoother with trading. Perhaps gold can help determine that?

Wow, that was taken pretty seriously. My "want" isn't something that can just simply be fixed. I'd like to see some more threads. This requires ideas and effort that alot of people don't seem to have at the moment, including myself. I want more activity, becaues honestly this whole subforum sees the lower end of maybe a dozen people. By lower end, I mean that people like myself swing by, but don't have huge contributions. If my wish for more activity does magically become reality, I'd like more mods because with more people, we'll need more moderation. For such a small population 2 is perfectly sufficient. And Arch and Steve do a fine job from what I can tell. Mostly I just want some people to work out the ground rules to the Kingdom game, cause I'm bored out of my mind waiting for it to start. I need something to distract me from my college applications...

Screw the role play, I want more threads. With more threads, I'll want more mods. Most of all, I want more activity. but wait! Before all of this happens, I wan tthe rules of the Tipit Kingdom to be sorted out so we can actually start playing!

I enjoy debating because it's a competition of wit and morality. I love competition, but the intellectual requirement for arguing makes it very fun. I especially enjoy being right. But there's no greater feeling in the world than when you show someone who is so sure that they're right that they are completely and uterly wrong. Especially when they admit defeat. I've felt no greater satisfaction.
