Pretty sure its the fact that things get a bit more boring when you get high leveld/more experienced. I really don't see how the game has changed much since 3 years ago aside from wildy update, and even then pvp still exists (obviously not as great as it once was, but still). The level 57 that is doing dragon slayer is probably having more fun than the 125 who is afking slayer tasks. Considering most of the people that use this site are the people who play "efficiently" and afk everything afkable, its probably the people that are changing and finding the game less fun, not the game. Also, you grew levels a lot faster at lower levels, which probably made it more exciting for newer players vs someone who gains a runecrafting level like every 2 weeks at 95 rc while spending hours every day.

Not sure why the same government that made the agreement shouldn't be responsible for its promises just because the people inside them change.

You went from "poor people are uneducated" to "black people are uneducated". Sterotyping is probably bad, regardless of the validity of the claims. The world really doesn't need anymore stigmitization. Especially considering your only argument is that "mixing uneducated people and educated is bad", I really don't see why you needed to stereotype. Integrated education probably would have a negative effect on some people, but denying people the right to a better education is even worse. Sure, lots of people don't care about getting an education but that doesn't mean they're terrible people and deserve to live a horrible lifestyle, as other people mentioned their life is probably makes education a lot harder for them. Plus, them not caring about education isn't a reason integrating education is bad, its an argument for why the [cabbage] education system in many parts of the US needs to improve and make them care. Denying impoverished persons education wouldn't solve anything - it would probably just blind people like you from what needs to change in the world and continue to increase the amount of people living degrading lives.
