Why be abused because people can spell?
I don't know. Why didn't you ask the pure that abused you? You've only presented one example, and to be completely honest, I've only ever had my writing style negatively acknowledged once in Runescape. Alright, alright, that's not a very good answer. His parents went through a messy divorce, and because of this he was forced to leave school prematurely. He is now emotionally unstable and jealous of people with higher levels of literacy. Alternatively, he was having a bad day. Have you ever had a bad day? Your code has a sneakily hidden indentation error, the shower head is half-broken, and there are crumbs in your bed. You're just as likely to complain about someone's eyebrow shape as their poor socio-economic ideals. Incidentally, only quoting half-sentences is another sure-fire way to demonstrate that you do not understand basic semantic concepts.

Why be abused because people can spell?
When complaining about lack of literacy, it is advisable to edit your post very carefully. Such a high number of grammatical and spelling errors detract from your credibility. I'm not saying that everyone must type in flawless English; after all, not everyone is able to type 100+ words per minute, and therefore sometimes a little carelessness is necessary to maintain a reasonable conversation speed. I'm sure this post is not structured as well as it could be. However, I'm not the one nitpicking, while at the same time confusing prepositions with adverbs, and mixing tenses. Heck, even your ability to capitalise correctly is underdeveloped. That is all.

The slightest of advantages.
If you can find another monitor, you can (or at least, last time I tried you could) stretch the game so far, the ground textures would stop rendering. Players, items, trees, etc still rendered fine though, so I guess it'd work quite well for rushing. Edit: I'm talking even widescreenier than this: [hide=For comparison's sakes][/hide]

Lowered verbosity = raised door rate?
Now that the PoH butlers don't talk so [cabbaging] much, I assume the exp rates for construction are higher. So, anyone have a reasonably accurate number for oak dungeon doors?

How did your Runescape name "come to be"?
Alex is a superawesome name, and D T is an abbreviation of the quest 'Desert Treasure'. Which is impressive, because I created my account several years before that quest was released.

Possible room increase
Without sacrificing other rooms, it's nearly impossible to build an entertaining dungeon. Heck, most of the ones I've seen make it possible to see the treasure room from the oubliette, which makes it far less maze-like, and rather linear and short-lived. Besides, can you imagine the cash loss for building troll guards for each segment of a 30-room dungeon? Surely that appeals to Jagex.

What a perfect excuse to stop training this pointless and hideously boring skill.

"Luck" Money.
I am quite unlucky, but I suppose it would be quite unusual for someone with my total level to get a rare-ish drop anyway. Ah well, I'll just have to enjoy the anticipation of my first decent non-bought item

Girls Don't Exist on Runescape
Well that's ironic. The OP uses a provocative thread title to get a desired reaction - i.e. general thread views. The thread itself is focusing on the obviously facetious contention that there are 'no wimmin on teh interwebz' - used primarily to obtain a reaction - this is what is referred to as 'trolling'. If you've ever visited any of the *chans and have been appalled at what you thought was genuine racism, sexism and general hatred there, your doin it rong. Yes. There are girls on the internet. Anyone who denies this is, if nothing else, ignoring basic probability. Because around 90% (perhaps slightly generous?) of intarwebz users are not this unintelligent, I seriously doubt these genuine replies you mention are in any way frequent. Most people are in fact aware that women make up ~50% of the Earth's human population, and therefore women are probably going to be found anywhere one happens to be. Now, if my post wasn't the reaction you were hoping for, I'm sorry. However, you are going to have to come to terms with the fact that girl gamers are not special or unique, and therefore ranting about alleged sexism will generate a (usually unposted, for obvious reasons) reply of "yes, and...?". To conclude, "girl powah", "hear me roar" and "boys are stupid, throw rocks at them". Because whether or not you wish to acknowledge it, that's what you wanted to hear. P.S: Runescape is not a reliable cultural indicator for anything in any circumstance ever.

Post your FIRE CAPE achievement's Or Tries "Guide Added"
I got Jad to like 1/10th health on my first try, but then lagged and died. Did it almost perfectly on my second shot - i.e. I killed Jad, but may have been bitten by a 360. Now the cape is collecting dust in the 'member items' section of my sad little F2P bank. IIRC that was September 1 of last year.

What is your biggest and best fail?
Construction. It was a pretty drawn-out and over-thought fail, and in the end I don't really know whether or not I regret it. Seriously, don't train construction.

Trimming time!
You're trying to reach 13 million exp in a skill, so do it in one that you enjoy training. We can't help you with that.

Bank + Stats + Torso!!! Rate PL0X
Buy Torag's platebody, keep Verac's skirt. Save the money. 8/10 for the bank, 2/10 for the torso, 7/10 for the stats.

Corrupt Items
20 defence pures pk in full corrupt Vesta + Statius's helm, and they manage to break even. You need to do a lot of pking in the 15 minutes for it to be a decent investment.

A Growing Problem...
The gist of the problem is that people are buying out items with no intention of ever using them in the way that they're supposed to be used, right? I know this is going to sound extremely controversial, and it's not a finished plan by any stretch of the imagination, but please, lend me your ear. An alteration of the buying cap - the thing that stops you buying 1000 abyssal whips at once. I think it's broken, and here's how I propose we fix it. Our protagonist is a herblorist. She wants to train herblore by making super strength potions, and she plans to mix 3,000 in total. However, the G.E limits her to only buying 1,000 kwuarms, limpwurts and wf vials in the next (insert period of time here, I can't decide). She knows she's going to finish making the 1,000 potions before (period of time) passes, so her training is going to be severely impeded. Or is it? See, the buying limit is dependant on how many of an item you already have. Once our protagonist has gone through 500 of each of the potion ingredients, she is then able to buy another 500. This means that while players cannot stockpile enormous numbers of items, if they use them for their intended purpose, they will never have to run out. What this also means is that even if you do manage to buy enormous numbers of a certain item, you won't benefit from it at all because you will have consumed the item you were manipulating. With herblore, the herbs and secondaries may have risen in price, but you'll have to dump potions instead, and the potions' prices haven't changed. So, to recap: If you want to use an item for its intended purpose, you will never have any problems, because an item's intended purpose is either to be turned into a different item, or to continue exist and not cause the player to need any more of it. I guess the manipulation of the item created from the purchased items could pose a problem, but then ingredients would also inevitably rise, and it would become pointless and profitless anyway, so people wouldn't bother. Also I should clarify that this is not a cap on how much of an item you can own. It's simply a cap on how much of an item you can buy if you already own that item. So if you have 0 raw sharks, you can buy as many as the cap allows, cook them and buy some more. But if you already have 700 raw sharks from fishing, you can only buy 1000 in the next (time period), because you already have enough to use, and if you do manage to run out somehow you'll be able to get back up to 1000 before the time period has passed. You could also buy 1000 and fish another 2000 before the time period has passed, since you're not obtaining them via the G.E. I think I've even managed to confuse myself, and I'm sure there are a number of faults with that system, but I'm sure it could be of some use.

HaHa def noob! raise ur str!
To be fair, high defence isn't usually as useful as high attack or strength.

i don't have a 99. so leave me alone -.-
I understand the process involved in getting a quest cape. I have a quest cape. That is why I state that getting a quest cape is easier, simply because it doesn't involve doing the same thing over and over. Plus the other reasons I already outlined, which you completely ignored. I think your rant, and the million other rants with almost identical wording, can be fixed by this: Get a 99. If it's so easy, and the insults are affecting you this badly, just get a 99. Or, see a psychiatrist. You have to understand that you're just developing a persecution complex, like everyone else. "BAWWW, people pick on me because I'm too skinny." "BAWWW, people call me names because I'm using an adamant scimitar." "BAWWW, people comprehensively demolish every last tenet of my cherished religion." Everyone's got problems. If you can't deal with someone claiming that their account is superior to yours because it is, you need to rethink your priorities. (Man, I'm really channeling /r9k/ tonight)

PMods - Purpose or Status?
- OP has bad experience with a mod. This annoys OP. - OP encounters like 10 other mods. - OP has bad experience with the 12th mod he encounters. WELL THAT'S JUST UNACCEPTABLE, PEOPLE MUST BE ALERTED TO THIS PLAGUE OF RUDENESS AND POWER-ABUSE! TO THE FORUMS, IN THE NAME OF JUSTICE AND EQUALITY! - OP writes post riddled with completely immeasurable contentions and extraordinarily broad generalizations. - People disagree with the OP. This angers him. He starts to argue in circles, using logical fallacies and ad hominem attacks. - I write this post. - OP points out that this post holds no actual argumentative value. - I point out that I haven't addressed the original topic because it was inherently flawed to begin with. - OP contends that I am a pseudo-intellectual egotist. - I agree, but remind OP of his past use of ad hominem arguments. - Anything past this point is sort of hazy.

200M Ranged and 100M HP
I suppose saying '10/10' would be redundant, so I'll simply offer my congratulations and wonder how on Earth you managed to hold your own attention for such a long time.

Pretty much not worth it? The looks warrant the 2m pricetag, imo. Matter of opinion I guess, but I quite like it. So yeah, it was worth it.

Today...
I decided to quit for a while, so I completely cleaned out my bank. The resulting cashpile was depressing. :( Oh, and I bought the most badass looking armour in the game. [hide=Brace for awesomeness.][/hide]
