Macros 1, Jagex 0
First, I'd like to point out that MACROERS DON"T pick up axes heads. I've seen numberous axe head lying on the ground. But anyway, macroers knows that and got used to that. Most of them uses iron/steel axes which are easy to replace. Few of them uses rune axes (yes, they uses them. I see most of them behind Varrock Castle) but anyway, they are only minority. The majority uses steel axes which is easy to replace It seems that they've got hundreds of axes in bank and bring 2~3 with themselves when working so that the Ent / loosing axe head random don't deter them much, yet they do fall victim to BOTH of them This is based on my WC exp in f2p worlds. Sometimes, when they die due to randoms, i can see their death pile is full of broken axes / axe handles... Back to the point, I think that broken axe random should be kept while the sandwich [cabbage] should be taken away, as that [cabbage] is the most hatred.

CHEAPST AND MOST EFFECIENT WAY TO TRAIN MAGE?????
Sorry, but there is NO cheapest way which is most EFFICIENT Cheap way: failing curses, as others have said. body runes are pretty easy to get easily (~3 ea in rune shops as NOBODY buys them. I don't recommand crafting them yourself. You can only get 28 body if your rune craft lvl<46). Make your own runes (water/earth, depending on your RC lvl) and buy a elemental staff(either water or earth. You can't get access to mud staff lol). Train on caged Zammy monk at Varrock/Chaos temple over the ditch. Pro: pretty cheap Con: you get no hitpoint exp I used curse to lvl up from lvl37 to lvl52 (i will continue until i hit lvl55 mage, which i will switch to high alch) =P~ =P~ [/b] Efficient way: teleport to Lumbridge / Cumble undead / fire bolt Pro: pretty quick Con: You burn all your money quick. Law costs 350ea while chaos cost 150ea in f2p. No decent way of obtaining lots of them except buying them Efficient + Cheap way :D : high alch. Make your steel platebody and buy nature runes in World 1. High alch all of them to get a decent profit! OR you can buy rune med helm for 10k ea for high alch Pro: very quick Con: not much to high alch in f2p, need high smithing (lvl48) and decent mining lvl if you choose to make your platebody effectively and high alch them. Again, you get NO hitpoint exp

Best place to cast 50k+ fire bolts?
NO NO NO, that man is completely unwise to do this (unless he wanna afk) because you gain mage exp by damage you inflict If your spell splishes every time, you only get 12 exp (base exp for fire strike) If your spell inflicted 8 damage, you get 44 exp (12+8x4) See the difference, and see why I say this act quite a waste of runes. This method only works for cursing spells (e.g. confuse, curse, stun, etc) as they guarantee high (relatively) exp, even every spell the caster casts splashes I've just cursed zammy monk a thousand time. Quite a hard work, but my mage lvl rose from 49 to 52 :D

Question about Dragon slayer quest
Ok. Before you go on, please raise your combat level to 60 on the safer side BEFORE you are turned to a roast duck for the dinner of Elvarg You may ask,"What the [bleep] are you saying about. Previous players told me that my level is OK for the dragon". Let me tell you, that safespot is now REMOVED after Jagex reworked the Crandor & Kajamia Dungeon graphics. Yes, it's gone, and it won't appear again. So those who finished the quest with combat lvl40 won't appear now as the tactic doesn't work now Also, maging the dragon is a very bad idea, considering Dragon hide provides excellent mage protections So, get to lvl60, buy full rune (replace platebody by chainbody and kiteshield by anti-dragonfire breath) Bring yourself a strength potion and a load full of lobsters. Don't forget the teleport runes. Then you'll be OK.

Is Jagex doing SOMETHING about the autoing problem? 600+
Jagex should ban their mains not the macroers. It's the simple theory as attacking the Kalpite Queen. You should attack the Queen NOT the guardians, workers, soldiers, etc. It helps nothing by attacking them. Their mains usually have moderate level with respectable amount of money so that they can ration them to those workers when the account is made, especially for those auto rune/arrow/feather buyers So, ban their mains by checking how they obtain money by drop trade. Ban them and they will soon be eliminated

Will gold farmers, be the downfall of RuneScape?
I believe the problem of gold farmer is due to the ... staking and pking trend When someone go pking, or staking, someone wins and someone loses. The winner is happy and go buy a phat. How about the loser? He've just loses millions of cash or items and cannot get it back because he isn't patient / don't even have enough non-combat skills to get the money back! (especially for pures, stakers,...) See the graveyard section and you will see people showing off winning millions worth of stakes, like ammy of fury, phats, santas, whips, and so on. pkers also need to take large amount of supplies to wilderness, and these are prone to losing, like stack of blood runes. Never will you get back even a single blood runes if you die. So, this little selfish kids, googles and finds out the RWT websites, and buy them for several bucks (this is especially true for those rich kids, say those who get thousand dollars/euros a month for leisure uses) This is like adding oil to a fire, causing the problem burn like [bleep] and out of control In conclusion, staking and pking is fueling the problem. However, I don't have any way to stop that without making those kids furious.

What happens when you close the RS window without login out?
Hey, this has happened to me too! I wonder what it is? It is very annoying. Pretty sure it logs you out though. doesnt log u out, browsers have shortcut buttons (backspace happens to be the one for page back) if u don't switch tabs, it wouldnt happen, if u don't click OUTSIDE the game screen, it wouldn't happen. im sure theres some way to turn it off, haven't found it... by the way, just press enter anyway if ur in wildy, even if u have typo's/wrong judgement, just explain... by the way, i have nearly the same thing, on my mouse there are 2 buttons, 1 for back and 1 for forward, it anoys me more then the backspace I think there is some way to get past it, by editing regedits. Unfortunately I'm not an expert in doing so and I don't know how to do that, flankly speaking. You may use SS third party client to prevent this problem. I'm using that one and backspace worked fine (Yes, the only remaining legitmate one, I think) OR the runescape windows client (official one) A friendly remainder: DON"T Try to get out of losing duels/randoms by this way. If detected, you gonna be banned!!!

Solving the Gold Selling Problem
I've seen some MMORPG selling virtual moneys/items via the real market officialy. They simply publish a card with a single-use code, and when a player enters it to their account, they get the item However, for this to work, the selling price must be low enough. If RWTers sell 1 million RS gold for USD$4, the price must be smaller than USD $4 to provide a strong incentives for a player, say the price of them is USD$3 Unfortunately, gold farms arn't dumbs, and they will follow suit to cut price. Eventually, a price war emerges and hyperinflation occurs. Making gold via extracting resources will become impractical for the large amount of currentcy flowing in the market. Futhermore, Jagex claims that one's status in life (rich? poor? success? or whatever) will not affect one's ability to succeed in game. IF Jagex implements such a change, this rule will be challenged. So, this method usually fails, and only appliable to some MMORPGS which are designed to run in a short period of time(1~2 yrs), then close down when they become outdated and unprofitable. Only in this way, a game provider can become fifty rich by selling the golds and advertisement and get their profit maximumized. Again Runescape is out of this case Sorry as I got my essay long and naggy. I'm afraid that your idea won't work, and I'm not gonna support it

Funniest thing that happen to you with a scammer?Come shoot!
why u low alched 1 ? Let me tell you the mechanism of this dirty trick General store price of whip < that of a dragon battleaxe Street price of a whip >>> street price of 4 dragon battleaxes So, they hope to lure you to get all the battleaxes (in wildy) when you are holding the whip, then kill you. Since the battleaxes protects over the whip due to its higher general store price, you loses the whips and get only 3~4 battleaxes (depending on whether you've use protect item prayer or not) Now, when he alch a battleaxe, he only get 3 battleaxes and some gold. As an gold is considered to be individual when you die (same for all stackable items like runes), the value of it is only 1gp for all gold coins. So, you will lose all your gold coins but being able to keep all the remaining battleaxes and whip when you get back to Lumby. (with protect item prayer on) High Alch also work, but why should we give more benefits to a scammer? Let him suffer! Another variation is to use imp-in-a-box to transfer all the battleaxes to the bank. Be careful that this trick don't work when you pass lvl20 wildy.

Autobuyers: The Goldfarming Community's Secret Weapon
Ok, I've been doing air runecrafting recently and saw many macroers near the entrance of Falador, cutting the yew tree locating there I've reported >20 of them in more than 20 runs to the alter, and saw them teleporting away by the friendly Genie is a fun game Unfortunately we don't have any random if a interface is opened, and Jagex should start letting the random overriding the store/shop interface and test whether buyers are autoers or not Ideas: (1) Remove common drop trading spots like the tower in Barbarian village. I don't see any use for them is f2p. Also BAN low lvl players who suddenly receive a large amount of money via picking up them on the ground. Ban the dropper as well, as they're likely to be the "boss" of the RWT company and owns millions of gold, ready to ration them to their workers to start the auto-buying business (2) Construct new randoms that overrides the buying interface (3) Mark those who open the buying interface for a long time / many times (say time>10min). There is almost NO legitmate reasons for opening that for that long period of time. Deliver a random to them and if they fail repeatively, then they will be trashed from the game (4) Check the banks of players, ban those who own a lot of death runes/feathers/addy arrows/yews ONLY without the level of using them. (like ban those lvl1 players who own a lot of death / law / nats, which requires a minimum of lvl41 / lvl25 / lvl21 to use them to cast spells) Also ban those who own a lot of broken axe / axe handle (I once played a dirty joke on a macroer by taking away a bronze axe head and place it elsewhere so that he can NEVER find it. In fact, if you leave the axe head for a minute, you DESERVE being tricked as you arn't playing attention to the game (5) Boycott those who sell large quantity of death rune, with a macroer like name and lvl3 name. Report them and drain all their "effort" put into that pacticular player

What after Rune dragons
I don't know when they will end the dragon family. Perhaps after Runite dragon, they can release the following dragons Ice dragons (lvl ???) hidden deep in Ice path/Frozen ice plateau Air dragons Water dragons Earth dragons Fire dragons King dragons (just think of King scropions) (lol) ... Seems that the dragon family never ends, and perhaps some of them may even be released for f2pers

Never attack a skiller in the wild..
sorry to hear that. Have my sympathy but you should be much more careful next-time. Don't bring 13.7k arrows to Wildy unless you want to lose 'em all. Bring only 700 of them will do all the job Also, don't bring your ammy of glory there. You shouldn't buy it either. You can't recharge it simply, rendering its best function impossible to use Also, next time, be more careful next time. He may be training FM to lure you to kill him, but if you hit him, he will hit back hard. This is actually a legal version of luring, or baiting, using his "impossibility" to hit back in your mind to attact you to initiate an attack and get skulled, and the consequences... I think you can imagine. Remember, Abyss RC Pkers get Pked by RCers. The same reversal may apply elsewhere... There is no way to get your lost items back, and I understand how you may feel now. The only thing that you can do is work hard and try to get the lost items back. Good luck next time...

Arrrgh, Macroers!
Jagex should implant randoms to opening up trade screen for long time (say, 5 mins) There's no point to open up that screen for that long, as I could see Also, investigate those who don't have the level to use a item, say, stocking piles of steel arrows/death runes, while impossible to use them within their level (they are all level 3 [cabbage]) How about setting up voluntary teams to go to the shops, say fishing shops in every world, empty some of the stocks of feathers and then sell it for 10gp for a very small profit OR use them to fly fish and sell the fishes for a LARGE profit. This sounds fun and gonna mess up those macroers as they can't earn even a penny if the price for those items were extremely high (greater than their desired selling price 6ea)

Arrrgh, Macroers!
They've gone to arrow shops and feather shops. Also, rune shop (the old problem) :( I think Jagex should ban someone having a lot of cash suddenly (as auto-buyers need some "capital" to initiate their dirty job) They usually drop trade to get the money needed from the mains The auto-buyer always buy feathers when the amount in stock>=950 as they cost 2gpea at that moment They also buy arrows when stock >=1450 so that they cost 24ea There is ONE or more of them in each f2p world I don't mind paying a little bit more for feathers (in fact, they're cheap) but I DO mind seeing the arrow prices shooting to new heights! A months ago, my brother bought 1k arrow with ease (at price of 18ea) at Rimmington arrow shop. Now, I've got 22k with me, but buying 500 steel arrow seems to be hard (I can't afford more than 40ea for them) Also, I've observed that they DO switch off private chat. Sometimes, buying mithril arrow is more economical when compared to the steel counterparts The world is crazy!!!!! I've tested it, grabbed myself 22k and I bought 170 mith arrow & 460 steel arrow (lol) Average price is close to 40ea

The abyssal demon should look more... demonic
That may be due to the non-agressive nature of Abyssal Demon p.s. Actually I think that that's a little bit freaky as most slayer monsters are ugly in nature, but I found Abyssal Demon cute (lol). Anyway, If they drop whips after a tough fight, you will be satisfied even the graphic for it is quite weird

Where do people break the rules most?
World 2 varrrock. Plenty of item scammers there

Best thing to alch in F2P?

Almost Got Scammed? Want To Tell Your Story? Post It Here!
lmao. You've just taught him a hard lesson I've been playing for 3 months, and I've met many scams, like item swapping scam (a iron scimmy swapped for my rune one), turning 8800gp to 3800gp, and put up a pile of junk to distract one... But most likely, they're spotted by me as I know the setup of these scams already. Anyway, all of the scammers did suffered. Anyway, stay smart and avoid those 'too good to be true' trades, and you'll be safe

What is wrong with Pures?
unfortunately some pures commit the followings and give a bad impressions to others (1) Drop trade: main=>pures (get supplies) (2) kill others via deception (3) take part in RWT to get cash for stakes/equipments/food... needed to pk

What is the Hardest Quest in f2p and in p2p?
f2p: I won't say dragon slayer - I'll say Shield of Arrav instead. Having a partner is quite troublesome. That stinks (p.s. u can kill imps at Kajamia vocano entrance. At least 5 respawns) p2p: mourning end part II

Fight Caves Nerfed
Aah... Jagex. I have never imagined that you'll update this... I'm not a pure and training all combat skills equalily, in addition to this, I'm f2p, so this update have nothing to deal with me afterall I can imagine those who used safespots feel, and those pures must have gone mad. Another step to make some parts of the game harder (as it should be) the first one is the update of Crandor eliminated some of the safespot that one used to eat food while fighting Elvarg, and this is another one OMG, others are poping up now!
-
Switch f2p tip it world.
i agree changing it to another world... world 7 is simply full of merchants, and the large amount of them rendered amount of tip.iters able of get into world 7 small Anyway, the idea of changing it rocks and should be done now!

"No begging" as one of runescape rules, good idea or not?
I strongly support making "continous begging" an offence. Really, they're wasting their time and drivng urself mad. This is really something that we should do and Jagex should implant For me, I won't make requesting for items, like some food or anti-poison pots when someone is close to death, if he's not asking repeatedly and make you feel annoyed For those naggy [cabbage] noobs, I'd put them on ignore list and change server (I'm f2p) if they continue following me. For p2ps, get urself an amulet of glory / ectophial / whatever and teleport away. Or simply log out after adding them to ignore list Sure, Jagex may not make this to reportable offence as we've already got the ignore list. (You know, kids perfer games with less rules to abide) If so, why don't we fully utilize the blacklist and kick those [cabbage] away from you by yourself? What you should never do is to give them what they want (like gp/fishes/runes or whatever) if they're doing that in an impolite way and make others feel ignored. They should pay for their rudeness. If you give them what they beg for, they will continue doing so, which will definitely do more harm than good in long run.
