  1. I do all those things when I'm around people I don't really know. Except moving towards them and listening more attentivly. And instead of picking dirt I take lint out of my pockets. So really just standing with my hands in my pockets.
  2. Something I've always wondered: what do, say, Italians call black people? African-Italians? Or do they just call them black? Same goes for any other nationalities, I guess.

I concur. Although maybe not only the original Athens games in a track stadium. Things like synchronized diving should stay, shooting, stuff like that. But I felt sort of...odd when I saw Dwayne Wade and all of those guys marching in the opening ceremony. That's just not right.
  4. Yea, maybe not. I would think it'd fry the electronics, essentially making them fail, but I don't know if I have a strong enough magnet. I have tried knocking it a bit while it's on, tapping it, shaking it, etc. And does anyone else besides us actually use this sticky anymore?
  5. Something that won't void the extended warranty. Would a magnet or something do the job? I'm sure it would, but would it be irreparable damage?
  6. Nope, I'm too cool for cable disconnection. I have scaler chip issues.
  7. John Cena's not that kind of gal. Trust me. If a scenario like the one presented ever did happen, I know where I'd be. Up on the rooftops in the cities sniping out all I see, unseen by all. Except for Russian forces.

I started playing a little again. I tried using Olimar, he's pretty decent. I love when an enemy has a superspicy curry and I just use Wolf's reflector. Big damage on them, none for me \
  9. Speaking of Lenin, I have a very strange question. Is there a way to induce 3 flashing RROD? I called them again last night, and got everything set up, but then I tried to turn on my 360 again later and it didn't still have 3 lights. Just 1.
  10. Well then I guess the missile shield is a bad idea.

Yesterday, I went in for a physical, and they had a few vaccinations for me. Didn't realize I should have waited to get them until this morning, when I woke up feeling like mostly crap and had to stay home for the last day of Training :|
  12. In the meantime, you should get a really tricked out cane. You never know, maybe you'll feel better.

But they "forgot" to film the catapult. Woops, just another hoax. That's all we get these days....
  14. haha, that was my favourite game a couple of years ago... PIKMIN! Oh, and if it wasn't for that last sentence Abel, I woulda asked whats ur Gamertag lol I hear talk there's been a new pikmin game announced, but with no release date or any real information given. Which leads me into...Games I'm looking forward to :D Halo Wars, of course. Pure awesome. Dead Space. Perhaps better than HW will be. Spiderman: Web of Shadows The Conduit. Yes, something I'm looking forward to for Wii :o EndWar: a console RTS played almost entirely with voice commands. And laser planes :twss: Dead Space and WOS and both coming in October, with HW in early 2009, EndWar sometime in Fall, and Conduit...without a publisher, so far. But soon. I'm fully expecting to go through several pairs of underwear per day from Dead Space. I might actually get to the point where I'll be frightened to go to bed. And it will be awesome.
  15. There we go, all better. Call the cops, dude. Just to see what they can do to him and scare him up a little.

Yea, you're supposed to take them off when you wash them, otherwise they might shrink and become trapped on you. Something I've never understood: how does everything match jeans, and yet blue itself doesn't go with everything?
  17. go back too your family sweat shop damn japenise kids.... ...You actually type worse than a foreigner. That makes me cry. idc tbh :? :? and im not getin graded on it so i dont realy care... From now on, you are. You get an F. See me after class. OT: Family Guy's kinda of a "meh..." show for me. I don't watch it often and it's really quite stupid when I do, like a [developmentally delayed]ed Simpsons. And the way they drag out a joke....just awful.
  18. Except that this is a school, not a home, really not much "stuff" to defend there except, oh, I don't know...life. If a kid takes a gun into a school you bet your sunshine they're there to kill, not rob. This argument only serves to aid (if you can even call it that) a thread on gun control which you explicitly stated this was not about.
  19. Why buy a console for one game, especially since there's tons of other jRPGs for the PS3?

Today was the first day of ROTC Officer/Petty Officer training. It was....alright, I guess. PT was better than last year, but it was at least 85 degrees, most likely in the 90s at some point. The worst part was that the showers didn't have any running water, and we didn't find that out until we needed to use them. Something I don't quite understand is their emphasis on being very, very loud. For some things it's understandable, like the whole "yes, sir!" after a question or for motivation or something, yea, I get it, and it works for me. But we were drilling, and they wanted us to count the movements (a few people, myself included, were a little rusty on some things) and kept on "louder guys, try it again, but louder!". Comes with the territory, I guess.
  21. I really hate that Wendy's commercial about the chicken salad. The first part about "cold crunchy good good" thing I hate, and then the "I don't like grey in my chicken" and the wench in the logo shaking her head and such. It all infuriates me to no end.
  22. I know the feeling. The car my parents have for me when I get my liscense is pretty much about to piss itself and die. The transmission and starter have already been replaced, the radio doesn't work right, and the inside is falling apart. The carpet's coming up, upholstery coming off, the stuff around the doors and such is falling apart, and the thing that encases the seatbelts up to a point just came out this morning.
  23. Oh, and about Billy Mays: it works alright for him when it's a short commercial, like those Oxyclean ones, but I saw a life insurance commercial with him in it that went for at least 3 minutes, and you could tell he was in some major distress by the halfway marker. He sounded really strained, kinda forced, and the look on his face was one usually reserved for when your underpants ride up. It was hilarious.

I don't think I have a pair of any other pants than jeans (except dress pants). I buy them cheap, maybe $30-40. They're durable, don't stain much, and I can wear a pair for up to two days before changing, three if I don't go many places. I don't keep stuff in my pockets much, either, so i don't need a whole bunch of those.
