Not being a pker myself, is getting what they have on them REALLY that important? With the current system, you don't get what's on them, but now you can kill someone with welfare gear and make high proits, whereas in the old system...you got welfare gear... If it is that big of a deal, then the reason should be "can't wait to get what they're carrying when I kill them" verses just saying PK, as you can PK now, that's all I'm saying. I will say this again to put emphasis on it, I'm not a pker, so this is the opinion of someone on the outside. Yes, but realise alot of people do high risk bridding. That, in the past was 20m loot, but now it's more like the loot you get from welfaring. Point very well taken. Just in my opinion, I'd rather have that old system of you get what they have, but only in certain worlds like it is now. Just because I know myself and many others would rather just go about our playing without pvp. If I want to pvp, I'll go to that world. Again, so I don't rub some the wrong way, this is just my opinion here. Or, well you could stay south of the wall/ditch thing. It's like skillers think they own the wild or something... That is just my opinion.

Try to read next time. :thumbup: Also, bronze/iron arrows in F2P is pretty inefficient, FYI. Chillax man, just trying to help. Training range in f2p, especially when you need several hundred thousand exp to level, will make you VERY VERY bored. Training range in f2p is never efficient just FYI. I'm pretty lazy to do calculations, but gathering that the max profit you can earn in f2p is around 200k/hr? And that addy arrows are 10x expensive as bronze arrows, I'm pretty sure that 200k/hr isn't enough to justify using addy arrows. But hey, if you're uber rich, go ahead and be my guest.

Buy iron/bronze arrows. Go waste them at the crafting guild over the hobgoblins. 30k exp/hr. I agree with your "LOL." statement, because training range in f2p is just... An efficient way would be get a month of membership and go chin.

Not to mention that a part of those 835k votes aren't legitimate as well. Considering one only needs around 17k votes to get an accurate view of the whole runescape population, unless 820k votes were "illegitimate", I'd say the poll is good.

40 hours is a fair estimate. As you level up though, it get considerably easier for 2nd + chaotics. My cmaul took a two weeks playing 2 hours a day average compared to the whole month it took to get a staff.

I can kill abby demons and gargoyles faster than others at my level. Although slower than 138s in bandos, rapier, ddef, etc. Here's my setup: FSH Ahrim top+bottom Arcane stream chaotic staff infinity boots arcane spirit shield god cape Dark gloves Ferocious/ seers ring I also use extreme mage pots, and fire surge. I can hit 570s in kuradels dungeon. For you, you should go with the SOL and use slayer dart. It's cheap and effective.

I think that's a good point, most people who are able to run it would be overqualified.

Wow, the Avs were good in the first, but it was really fun to watch the oilers come back from 3 down. And I promise you that you will rip your hair out after two games. UNLESS you're some kind of prodigy at GOP, you'd be winning around 50 percent of the time, and you'd have to deal with "OMFG STOP MESSING UP", "we only lost becuz of u", etc. It is MUCH MORE stressful than mining mith/coal in the mining guild. Also, 50 percent win rate will not get you 200k/hr, more like 100k I think.

The first part made some sense, but then you lost me. I don't think making herblore a combat skill is the best idea. Think about it, the benifit only comes at 88+. That's 11 combat levels with no boosts to your combat abilities, That wouldn't work imo.

By your description, they both boost 25% defence. But augury also boosts 20% magic. So that should give more mage defence boost.

So, you think that in Dec 2007, they should've saved half the worlds to allow free trade and the old wilderness? I don't think that's what happened... Also, a very good job ignoring 5/6 of Laikrob's point.

I still don't get the whole OVLS fight going on here. They were added after 07, were tried in the pvp system, and failed. Therefore, jagex banned them. What makes people believe that they wouldn't be ranted about with the old system. OR are people just concerned about not beiing able to use the boosts on monsters such as the chaos elemental? My view: I'm neutral.

Then you went to red chins. And realized that you couldn't hunt one if your life depended on it. After that you went to green dragons. And woah! 25 bots per world. So what's your point?

I know its a terrible, terrible show and only appeals to people because its MMORPG related :rolleyes: It appeals to me because Felicia Day is in it.
