just browse forums for about 3 minutes with your bank open, then close it, you should get a random. if not, immediately attempt to tele afterwards, if you don't get a random, lucky you :P

Its a noob request because of noobs using them to get great stuff. Only good thing is we finally have a use for noobs and letting them do our skilling. I'm sure they'll find it annoying trying to find someone that can do what they want, and realize it's easier to get the level themselves.
