Hey, Never really used summoning properly before, and this is a really stupid question, but when you die, does your familiar die with you?

Also posted on the RSOF, Quick Find Code: 24-25-541-57461809 Summoning is great, yet, most of the time, you don't have a familiar with you. Because of this, the summoning tab is blank. To me, this looks as if something is missing. My simple suggestion is as follows: If you have a familiar out, the icon is the same as it is now, a spirit wolf. Upon clicking you go to the summoning tab, like before. If you don't have a familiar out, yet you have completed the quest Wolf Whistle, the icon is a grayed-out spirit wolf. Upon clicking it says "You do not have a familiar with you." If you don't have a familiar out, and haven't completed the quest Wolf Whistle, or are a free player, the tab is blank. Upon clicking nothing happens. A very simple suggestion, but I think it would make the interface that little bit nicer. Simple pictures made by me. why not wait flamming the update before it out? it just might bring something fun to the skill(which i infact like and find relaxing) It might (hopefully), or it might just be another range guild update :wall:

Just took what the title of the thread is in the RSOF - it's called "This week's updates...". Aww okay :( Was called "System Update" when they first posted it I think. Oh well, I guess we'll get the firemaking minigame next week then. Yea, was looking forward to the firemaking update, but oh well.

Hey, I'm a bit short on cash at the moment. I've got around 1.3m, and need some advice on what the best options are for me. I've been doing monkfish which was great for my fishing, a bit of yews, red chin hunting etc. Any advice? Stats are in signature.

I still don't see the point really. Members had 99 skills with nothing to show, but they didn't mind. Now that members have skill capes, free players also want something to show off, and that's expected. I just can't see why, sure, it would be nice for free players and all, but it's just a less-powerful version of an already released item. If there were no P2P skillcapes, I would definitely support, but being as though it is already released, it just seems that you're copying the idea, making it less pretty and cheeping it. What's next, a mini whip, less powerful barrows, cheaper versions of already existing members skills? No thanks.

Yea, basically there is nothing in F2P. Try Greater Demons, but if you encounter a revenant, run, they will slaughter you.

Hey, I'm getting 76 fishing, and that would mean I get around 1.8k monkfish. Should I cook these, with a chance of burning some, or sell them raw and use that money buying lobsters, which I don't burn.

Not fond of questing so I always use a guide. I want to get through it as quickly as possible, I really just want to get them over and done with.

Depends. I want to look good, but sometimes I don't mind. I would sacrifice a few defence points to look better, but not any strength points.

I've gotten angry sometimes like in the middle of an annoying quest, but never cried. I don't see why you should, or even how you can.

I'd say a 8-9/10 most of the time, sometimes drops to a 6-7/10.
