I'm going to make much progress this year, I can tell. Before I do anything girl related I'm going to get a job, I shall also be getting my licence soon. Once I get a car I shall start budgeting and get out as much as I possibly can. I shall also be dragging Timmeh out as much as I can, so he better like it, might even get him a nice tan. Any advice to getting invited to social things? Beach/parties/movies/hanging out as well as 'inviting' yourself to them too?

Not necessarily, I do my Barrows trips in Guthan's armour rather effectively, it's much cheaper too, I wear this gear; Neitiznot helm, glory, qp cape, Guthan's platebody and chainskirt, black salamander, gloves (barrows), infinity boots, lunar ring, harralander tar. So you should be fine with Bandos armour.

Being able to teleport around in a small area would also be nice, and when they do, they people attacking them won't just continue like they did nothing, but have to click on them again would be nice. A nice touch would be 'slow teleports' where disappear for 2 seconds before appearing at the tele location.

The mint cake assures nothing. It serves no purpose whatsoever. The only things that could stabilize the G.E. would be complete control by Jagex, or if people stopped abusing it. I guarantee you, they could make the mint cake untradable right now and nothing would be effected. Its more like the imaginary screw in the plane that does nothing but fool people. Not too knowledgeable on economics are you? Every economy is based around 1 item, in this case mint cakes, without which the economy is based on no 1 item. This would cause items as well as commodities fluctuate until a new item took the mint cake's place.

The mint cake acts as an assurance, it's purpose is to attempt to stabilise the G.E. so that people don't worry about their other rares/expensive items from dropping, it's removal will create wide-spread panic. Plus it would take ages for things to stabilise again. Think of it like a single screw in an airplane, which that screw doesn't serve much of a purpose by itself, without it the plane will fall apart and crash.

I beg to differ, this video shows that with high enough prayer (along with a nice amount of coinage in the bank ;) ) you can kill Jad using the new prayers in a rather efficient manner.

I would have to say yeah, I do. If they are rather unattractive to me I really try to avoid speaking to them or looking at them.

No idea why, but playing anything is extremely hit or miss for me right now, sometimes games won't load, and sometimes Steam goes on a crash-happy spree. :mellow: I don't understand why you're rewarded for hitting airshots with the direct hit, but not the regular rocket launcher, when it's so much easier with the DH. It encourages you to try to get airshots. This, people also forget that the Direct Hit sucks fro splash damage, and splash damage is excellent for faster targets and groups. Also it's hard to get used to the change in rocket speed.

So I found out that the timetable was up for Soundwave 2010, The Devil Wears Prada seem to no longer be playing, got the times for the rest, no conflicts, just got to listen to the other bands to decide what else I'm going to see. It turns out that there are 6 stages but only 4 will be used at a time. Good Christmas present? :grin: From what he's been telling me, it was a really good Christmas present for her too. ;)

That's about the only excuse I would have for bringing my my mom shopping. It took years to convince my mom I was capable of finding my own style of clothing. Poor woman is still terrified of Hot Topic :lol: Poor woman indeed. My mum is surprisingly, well, 'hip' and looks around in the popular shops with my 2 sisters, I still try to avoid shopping with her though, she's no good at picking out clothes I'd wear.

Nice, I'm going to be seeing them at Soundwave 2010, along with Trivium, The Devil Wears Prada, AFI, and It Dies Today, There are other bands playing, but those are the ones I am going to see. There's ~40 bands playing throughout the day on 1 of 4 stages. Hoping all the bands I want to listen are playing at different times, hopefully all on the same stage.
