IF this happened, I'd say it would go about 70/30. 70 being for the new graphics. There weren't as many PKer's as everyone thought. Besides, any new players would choose graphics as they wouldn't know what they were missing. Other than that, I'm going to have to agree with most people here and say quit dragging your feet and leave if you don't like the game anymore. :|

The removal of Random Event...Clothing?
Tom_Servo replied to Ultimakomoto's topic in General Discussion
Is possible evil chicken will still be alive(sorry dh'ers) cuz it apparers in a quest... That's a good point. Another good point. Now that I think about it, prison pete does give pretty nice rewards. I just get toadflax from him though. Still, I find him incredibly annoying.. -
Forgot about that (and Vyre-burning), though it IS amazing that one can make money off this npw that fine cloth is well...worthless. Hunter's got it's uses (spottier cape), that same can be said about anything and everything. I'm not talking about fine cloth....that stuff is junk. I'm talking about all the rune items and not to mention the LOADS of level 3 clues you get.(my average is 1 clue per every 28 silver keys.)

The removal of Random Event...Clothing?
Tom_Servo replied to Ultimakomoto's topic in General Discussion
Jagex is only removing useless randoms with crummy rewards. Here's my hit-list: sandwich lady, pinball, prison pete, pious pete, the certers, Jekyll and Hide, evil chicken, beekeeper, and Molly. -
People forget about the light sources. No firemaking = no lanturn = painful, horrible death in places like Scarab dungeon or Lumbridge caves. Skill I could live without? Hm...tough one. Skills are all inter-locked together... Might have to say Fishing, since it's (although fast-ish), some pure Cooking items are better than most fish (Manta Ray = painfully hard to get, while Tuna potatoes are easy-ish to make, and, well, they're potatoes...) I also predict that someone in the next Ten (10) posts will say Farming. Let's not forget about Shades of Mort'ton either! It's one of the main ways I make my money. VERY profitable at 85 firemaking, and is crazy prayer XP. As for a skill I could live without, I'd say hunter. I rarely use it, and only trained it ONCE for a quest. I just find it boring and slow and for the most part useless. But the same could be said for almost any other skill.

Dragon square and obby sheilds are the best. (I prefer the Dragon square)

You having committed the offense a month ago and being punished for it now is a sure sign that Jagex DOES IN FACT READ the reports. It takes time to read through all those reports, eh? The thing about the name though stinks. If the name is offensive, it shouldn't be allowed to be created. I think someone should be able to change the name if that happens.

My new outfit. Feel free to post suggestions on how to improve it. (I have access to 6 million at the minute.) -
I have 3. All happened the day I started. 1. Tried to talk to a level 2 man NPC. 2. Got killed by a cow. 3. Had to ask how to log off. (But to be fair it was covered up because I didn't know about F11 and the button was hidden under the scroll bar.)

Why do Some people put numbers in their names?
Tom_Servo replied to woopidoo2's topic in General Discussion
Well, the name I really wanted was just plain ol' Mini Me. I came up with it because I was watching Austin Powers on TV when I made my account. Anyway, Mini Me was taken and one of the auto-alternatives was Mini Me234. I thought it had a nice ring to it, so I chose it. And that's all, my first and only account was made! -
~Dragon Plate - Picture Evidence Inside~
Tom_Servo replied to Verminox's topic in General Discussion
I'm still not quite convinced that that is a dragon plate body. Just seems kind of late and random. -
I think the new look is kind of cold and not as "homey" as the old TIF. I do like it A LOT better now that everything is reorganized. All and all I'm sure that I could get used to it and once everybody fixes their avatars and signatures it will look less patchy. Some new skins would be nice though.

Just finished my first Champion Scroll: I came a bit over-prepared, but better safe than sorry ;) -
This is great. Way to keep it alive!

All I can say is at least not everything on the forums was 'completely' lost.

That's your answer for everything, isn't it? "If you don't like it, quit". Wow, you sure are going to go far in life >__> The simple fact this thread exists, and that dozens other threads exist on other fansites is a proof that the riots did get people's attention, and that was the point. Quitting a game and quitting say a job in the real world are two very different things. A game is for entertainment, and if you are not being entertained then why play? Although theoretically you are right about the rioters, unfortunately many of the people participating DO think they can change the game and want MORE than just to be noticed.

I like the new forum look. It will take some getting used to, but like they said they are much faster. Too bad about the backstabbing thing though :(

Now that Playerkilling is "out of the picture"
Tom_Servo replied to Kaguya's topic in General Discussion
I was almost killed by a reverent by the mage arena. The high level ones are postively more powerfull than any pker. -
Ya, some people just need to go outside or something. I'm confident that everything will work out in the end.

Any way to play RS in a bigger resolution?
Tom_Servo replied to Captain_Shiv's topic in General Discussion
I don't know of a way to do that other than using my laptops zoom option. But the quality is horifically bad so I wouldn't recomend it. -

VERY good post. I'm glad to see people are thinking instead of mindlessly bashing jagex. Good points, and good job. -
