Aviansies have a constant profit.With irons/steels you will beat the k/hr profit from avs if you get some of the more important drops(d legs, visage).

Buy 10k and use them.See how much xp you get using them.That'll give you a rough estimate.

Sell some of the runes and buy cosmics? using those in MTA, doing the highest enchant that you can(dragonstone).I know it's not as fun as killing monsters but it's cheap/fast.
