Training only at aviansies would take "too" long.The rate of xp/hr is somewhat slow.Get the money for chins (from aviansies ofcourse) and use those?As you said you have a lot of spare time so you could get 99 range pretty fast.I personally used greaters/ogres for range training.

You build 4 rooms around the garden.After that you build rooms around those 4,keeping your house in a square shaped form.

Kill ogres in Blood Rune Tower near Ardougne.The seeds they drop cover the costs of bronze knives/food(when they hit you).There are a lot of safespots, if you have low leveled arrows you might wanna use them here.Knives hit fast and good for the bonus.I'd say that you can get 30-35k xp/hr at ogres, use the accumulator from the quest because of the +2 range bonus and it'll retrieve some of your projectiles.

You might aswell use the enchantment arena to train; it's fast/cheap xp and make the money you spent on cosmics somewhere else.Remember that you get bloods/cosmics/deaths for each 10 orbs you deposit and you can also buy cosmics for 5 enchant points.

You have to do about 5 steps in part 2, to be able to use the rings.

Well, you could sidestep the melee bros using the rocks inside their crypts/tunnel.I only pray on karil/ahrim, safespotting the rest.

Well, the herbs you get from the macaw are random.How long does it take for a kitten to grow?(4 hours?) I'd say use macaw, because 100 death runes are somewhat cheap and good herbs(snap,ranarrs) are expensive.

I safespot the melee brothers in their crypts or in the tunnel, if I get a melee tunnel.So you should have no problems with killing the meleers.I don't know about the equipment, sorry.

RC because it's much much slower xp that construction.

Chaos Tunnels fire giants(one of the rooms is almost always empty).They're easy to safespot there, but keep in mind that the whole area is multicombat.I'd suggest using bronze knives to train.

I'd say choose slay xp; you're close to 83/85.At your level I presume you have the teleport rooms so unless you are serious about pray(gilded altar with d bones), don't use the xp on construction.
