Laws Should Still Be Quest Only
You realize that the quest requirement of laws made it impossible to craft laws with the assist system until it was changed, right? There's already astrals, deaths, and bloods that are quest-only. There's no reason for laws to be that way too. A significant segment of the player base will dislike it, and nothing will be gained from it.

How do you get/make a fury?
The fastest way is to buy one in the Grand Exchange though. The however much cash it takes is a lot faster to get than the tokkul you need to buy from TzHaar.

So, what now?
You're in a pretty good place right now. I say do some more quests.

Loop halves actually more common that teeth halves?
Yes, loops are more common. No idea why, it seems illogical tbh.

where can i get or buy a tea cup?
Get a cup of tea and drink the tea, and you'll have an empty teacup. You can use the stall in Varrock, or grab one from a spawn in Taverley.

Already slapped on a RoW, we're done.
Wealth won't do much at abby spec, because it really only helps with rune full helms and mystic robes, and the bulk of your profit is going to come from the herbs anyway. Herb drops aren't considered rare, so the wealth doesn't affect them...so whether you pick wealth or zerker ring, neither one is going to have a dramatic effect on your training. I'd go with the explorer ring m'self, but the ring slot is your textbook case of the "not a big deal" slot.

Skill Capes vs. Quest Skill Cape
Really? I would. I'd alch all the extra fm capes, then just buy a new quest cape from the Wise Old Man.

Patt's guide to level 3 Treasure Trails
First off, the obvious suggestion I want to make is to take the url tags off the images! No need to link back to imageshack. Secondly, there's a glaring omission in the required items section: you haven't listed the items needed on emote clues. I'd certainly consider those to be required for efficient clue'ing, since it's clearly much faster to have all that stuff already in your bank. On a less specific note, you should strive to provide more insight, rather than background info. That is, instead of talking about "What are the different kinds of clues?" and "What monsters drop clue scrolls?" you ought to focus more on issues like "What sorts of rewards should I expect?" (distinct from listing what rewards are possible) and "How can I complete my clue scrolls in the fastest time possible?" Stuff that people can't find out by just looking in the Game Guide or the Tip.It clue scroll guide.

Skill Capes vs. Quest Skill Cape
Really? I wear my quest cape because it matches my Armadyl. But I guess that's just me.

Skill Capes vs. Quest Skill Cape
100% imaginary. I can say that I can get 99 fishing in 100 hours, but that doesn't make it true. You're trying to judge the quest cape based on the time it takes. Fact is, the time spent on individual quests varies so widely that you can't even begin to calculate the total time you need for it. Add in that new quests are being constantly released and you really have no idea. We only have one Grandmaster so far, but just its having its own category is an obvious sign that there will be more. Our 150th is coming up next, and it wouldn't be surprising in the least if another big one was released to commemorate it, as with the 50th and 100th quests. We still haven't seen the end of several important series--you can bet it won't be easy to infiltrate Prifddinas, Arposandra, and Castle Drakan. The quest cape may have been easy at some point, but it only gets harder and harder, and it has to be constantly re-earned. I agree that most quest rewards are worth getting, but those are from individual quests, not from every quest. You can skip Myths of the White Lands and Sheep Shearer and Between a Rock... and still have all the rewards you're ever likely to use. So that's not the cape itself per se, just the individual quests. What you're saying here is kind of like saying 99 slayer is useful because it lets you use broad bolts, or 99 farming is useful because it lets you plant ranarrs. Quest cape =/= Quests. No, they are called skillcapes. Achievement capes include all skillcapes plus the quest cape; skillcapes include only those obtained from getting 99 in a skill. http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarticle.ws?article_id=2871

Skill Capes vs. Quest Skill Cape
until you have to get more xp to level Uh...right, because Jagex is constantly upgrading the maximum level possible in a skill, no? Anyway, a quest cape shows that you have done all quests. A skillcape shows that you have 99 in a particular skill. It's not as if one is "better" or "worse" than the other. It's like asking, "Which is better, being good at Castle Wars or being good at Clan Wars?" None of the criteria you'd use for comparing skillcapes works when comparing the quest cape. -You can't use time, because new quests are constantly increasing the time it takes to get the quest cape, so either the quest cape wins by default or it just doesn't work. -You can't use rewards, because you don't need a quest cape to get all the rewards from quests. (You can skip Sheep Shearer and such and still get your barrows gloves and whatnot.) Besides that, more rewards are, again, being constantly added with new quests. -You can't use popularity, because the hiscores don't say how many people have a quest cape, so you don't really know. -You can't use fun, because it's subjective and not something you can debate. -You could try to use skill, but if that's your criterion then the real winner is the fire cape, isn't it? If not, the quest cape is the only achievement cape that can't be attained with mindless grinding, so it would win anyway. -You can't use appearance, because people's favorite colors and emotes will vary from person to person. In the end, your only choice would be to say that the quest cape is the worst of all capes of achievement because it's the only one that doesn't give you a prayer bonus. :-w

A new approach to Alchemy
Er, well, you can alch anywhere, so you could just do your alching in Varrock East Bank and never need to teleport away at all. Or, you could alch until you run out of nats, and then only teleport away once to mine pess until you make back what you lost, and barely any time would be spent.

~ Troacctid's Woodcutting Guide ~
Eucalyptus trees are the best to chop for profit at any level where you can chop them. So they are your best choice if you want money out of the skill, or if you don't like chopping teaks.

Slayer Sucks
Oops again :-# . Forgot to take over the Summoning experience from the Zombies. There is still a bit chunk of experience there though. As for the experience, what is better between these 2 options; rank or rank and levels. Dark Beasts may not be best to fight after tasks, but that doesn't mean they should be excluded either. If no-one fought them out of tasks there would be very few Dark Bows in comparison to what there are now. If they aren't giving you any benefit, then levels = rank. Total level has no relevance in-game. :shame: As for dark beasts, I'm not sure that's something I want to delve into. Whether or not they're worth hunting outside of a task, 90-99 is still over 50% of 99 slayer that doesn't do anything, so my original point stands regardless, no?
-
Stupid Accumulator. And losing ammo.
I think it is 20%, but it probably does differ. I also do lose more than 50% of my bronzes though  It is definitely 20%.

Slayer Sucks
The 16.2mil loss came from the Summoning experience and Slayer experience. Technically every skill is worthless however, before 99 you gain ranks and levels with experience as well as increased bonus from that skill (in the case of combat skills), after 99 you only gain rank. So experience before 99 is logically less worthless, if that makes sense. 8.29m + 7.93m - 2.84m =/= 16.2m Anyway, the reason the slayer experience is no less useless than the combat experience after 99 is, see, slayer experience doesn't give an increased bonus from the skill either. After 90 you get no gameplay benefits from it at all, and after 85 all you get is dark beasts, which aren't efficient to fight outside of tasks. 85-99 is 75% of the experience needed to max out the skill, so 75% of 99 slayer is, arguably, just as worthless as experience in other skills after level 99. (I say "arguably" because the cape looks really badass.)

Why hate on Noobs?
Sorry, why do YOU have a right to make fun of someone for wanting to trade a law rune?...loads of people do it. Because it's nooby? Do you not see the problem with only buying one teleport at a time so that you have to buy a new one each time you want to teleport? If it takes you ten minutes to find someone to sell you a law rune, you could have walked to where you needed to go in that same time. It defeats the whole purpose of having law runes in the first place: so that you can go where you need to go when you need to go there. Anyway, it's much easier to buy this stuff in the Grand Exchange. Just because loads of people do it doesn't mean it's not nooby. I'm not sure whether to dignify this with a response...XD Okay, I'll just say that this attempted slight on my character falls apart at the "for no reason" and the "Thought so." Why? Because there is a reason, and because what you think is wrong. :P
