I've only been playing for about 9 or 10 months, so most of the things that made the game easier came out shortly after I started playing. But I agree, organised banking definetely needed. :thumbup:

Shortbows & crossbows (crossbows look cool :P). I used to use composite bows just because they were more expensive than the other types; there's idiocy for you. :geek:

I do quests for the storylines & the rewards, I don't really care about the "challenge". So yeah, I pretty much use guides. =D>

The name is pretty self explanatory. What is your favourite non combat skill? I am personally stuck between Hunter & Woodcutting. Both are simple, though Woodcutting allows me to skill aswell as surf the TIF.

The worst thing I did & probably ever will feel on this game is dying & knowing I had the opportunity to teleport before I died. :shock: I don't think I'd ever got SO upset if I was hacked, banned or something else. As long as I have the ability to play, it's all good.

That guy was probably some inbred numbskull. It's those idiots who make the rest of our age group seem like immature little communist-babies.

People are jealous. They know if they had the cash to buy their way to a 99 they would have done it already. So instead they fill the empty cape slot on their backs with lame insults & taunts against those who have pute the hard work & dedication into getting a 99 in a "buyable" skill.

You realise half the people don't even look at the stat bonuses for armour? Tonnes of people don't know that a Rune Kiteshield offers better defense than an Obby Shield, & the only reason OS is more expensive than an RK is because of the +5 Strength Bonus. People look at skill guides & assume that one weapon/piece of armour is far superior to the one below because it requires 5 or 10 more Atk/Str/Def levels to use. Since the Void Set takes a while to get, some assume that it must have incredible stat bonuses.

Jees people will do anything to kiss up to Jagex, a silver crown isn't very great (unless its a silver party hat :D ). This guy was swearing his head off at me once & I called him noob a couple of times (maybe 30..). He reported me & I got the black mark, even though half of our conversation were his cusses. Do Jagex even review the conversations anymore? Or do they use some sort of macro to catch the offendor? :x

I don't really see how it will affect the economy, as most guilds are based on the skill itself & not how you make a profit of them. Obviously there might be a teleport to the Rune Essence mines close to a bank (possibly closer than the Magic Guild to the Yanille bank?) & place where you can buy/sell runes, who knows. That might change prices slightly, but I don't think that it will really upset the Grand Exchange.

Nice guide, though can't willows be used as a substitute for teaks from 30 - 99 Woodcutting? Overall nice guide. 8/10 :thumbsup:

If items stronger than Torags & Godswords come out, I don't think they will for another few years. In my opinon it's better if we could upgrade our current equipment (kind of like how you enchant helmets to hold scrolls) with a skill or via NPC.

Jagex's decisions with the game can be viewed in many different lights, each with their own reflection to whether Jagex is doing it for themselves(corporately) or us. Very good read, one of the best so far.

Ahh! Better get this done before Jagex blows it up!

RuneScape has mostly repaired the damage done by RWT. I can't say I like restricted trades & the pointless wilderness, but people are just dumping it all on Jagex & completely ignore why they did it. My advice to the RS community is to SUCK IT UP.
