I wish I bought a 9800 when I built this PC. :< Factory OCed stuff tends to be of varying quality and generally not as good as buying a stock card and OCing it yourself. Actually they tend to perform worse than stock cards anyway / the gain is negligible for the added premium. Seconding a PSU check. It's generally a good idea to have a rudimentary knowledge of your components before adding/removing anything.

Around 60-80, 1920x1080. All things maxed except AA, G80 8800GTS 640MB/Athlon X2 7750. You could try using trilinear filtering - gives me a little bit of a framerate boost. TF2 is known for weird performance drops - had a lot of problems running it until I got a new monitor and it scales better now. 5770s aren't really that great - they still have driver issues and disappointing performance despite being out for almost a year. I would probably wait until the next Catalyst revision before doing anything drastic but yeah, I think you've got a lemon there. Oh and thanks Joe. Shows just how out of it I am, haha.

Restart foobar, then open up the preference page and go to Tools -> Audioscrobbler. Enable it and input your Last.fm login. Alternatively you can use the official client by manually adding foobar. It's pretty much the same thing as that but you have some fancy program help you.

It's an okay PSU. I've had the 500w for a couple of years now and it only ever dropped power once, but it hasn't acted up since. If you're going to replace it, I would look into a Corsair or Seasonic PSU. I'm behind on what components are currently good, though I'm always seeing those two brands mentioned as quality units in several places.

God damn delusional [bleep]s giving anime a bad name. Whilst I don't necessarily think people who get themselves off to this stuff are the sick, disgusting pedophiles that the Daily Mail warns us about on a regular basis, I do think they have other issues. Almost everyone I've met who has been into this stuff is some kind of neurotic psycho with little sense of self-restraint who like to shove the fact that they like two-dimensional little girls right in your face. If people keep quiet about it, I generally put it to one side and continue with my daily life. It is also horrendously bad taste - drawing pictures of children, real or not, in even slightly suggestive poses kind of makes me think "why?" I like anime and anime art, but some 10 year old posing in her underwear with saucer eyes and a creepy grin? Yeah, no. As for the legalisation argument: Whatever. I don't care. It'll satisfy a small niche since even pedophiles hate this stuff. Anime fans seem to have a problem with differentiating between art and pornography in general but I don't think this stuff is going to create a marked increase in child molestation. Most people who enjoy this don't have the integrity to molest a child and face the consequences. OP picture isn't really lolicon either. It's not suggestive.

I'm the complete opposite. I agree on Shakespeare being trite though. A lot of that media studies BS you have to do for English now is irritating. I want to be able to write stuff and analyse words; not watch a boring film twice and then write a 2,000 word essay on it. I find mathematics rather difficult and I would always choose a more open-ended subject over sitting and grinding formulae for hours on end.

Winamp is pretty much the only one left. I've never had any problems with editing in foobar2000. Select everything you want -> right click -> properties. There you go.
