  1. No life trim. Wouldn't 99 everything be the no life trim? Or you can get any skill cape no life trimmed by getting 200mil xp in it.
  2. Good call... I wouldn't know where to categorize Mos'le Harmless, but you can get there from Port Phasmatys. Unless they release more pirate islands *coughsailingcough*, then they could all be their own diary. Or maybe just random islands in general *againcoughsailingcough*, called the "Island Diary" or something.
  3. [hide=] What outfit is that? Please tell me...? Please? I'd be glad to. Fire Cape (I have to use 99, no fire cape yet) Verac's Helm Master Wand Ahrim Robetop Dragonfire Shield Ahrim Robeskirt Dark Gloves Dragon Boots Seer's Ring You forgot the horribly expensive staff that is destroyed in an hour. Nope, that's the staff you use for one cast in your inventory for 3k. KO and damage are two entirely separate things. Mage can deal out a LOT of damage, but the KO is slightly weaker with a max of around 50 in a single hit - but still almost the same as a non-special range weapon, and enough to take down players given that it almost always hits. [/hide] How exactly would you deal with rangers? They can hit faster, harder, and have good defence against magic? Melee can beat mage and range, range can be mage and melee, but mage can only beat melee... If the meleer gets lucky and not be frozen for a split second, and gets lucky again, with a good special, you'd probably be dead. I don't like how melee has a chance of ohko, range does with dark bowverepowered, and mage only can use decent speed hits of 30 at max. Of course, they hit slower because of the miasma, but that's only if you have that super expensive staff, that crumles to dust after a while... I just wish melee and range would have their hits lowered, or at least give mage some potential ohko. Like maybe a staff with a special attack? It would charge up three of the spell set on autocast, and fire them out all at once. It won't be helpful mid battle, as it would take just as long as firing three shots, but it would be great for battle starters, like the dark bow.
  4. It all turns light green and you can shoot minty colored Hadoukens as a spell that doesn't use runes! Wait, I hope that the colors match in the first place... I don't want it to be a mix and match ugly looking set. Well maybe if you wear it full, it changes to one color... So far Karamja gloves are dark green and Varrock armor is very light green, more like limestone. Maybe all different shades of green? Or light green helm, plate, and legs, and dark green gloves, boots, and amulet! That would look awesome!
  5. What areas do you think the achievement diarys will occupy? I say: -Falador/Rimmington/Port Sarim -Relleka/Islands -Pollivneach/Sophanem/Nardah/Al Kharid/Menaphos* -Canifis/Port Phasmatys/Mort'ton/Burgh de Rott/Meiyerditch** -Ardougne/Gnome Stronghold/Yanille/Isafdar*** -Camelot/Taverley/Burthrope/Trollheim -The Wilderness**** *If it ever opens **If it gets anything new and interesting by then ***Maybe, maybe not, or if expanded, its own diary ****Oooh, spooky! Sorry, I just like using asteriks...
  6. I'd probably cry out of joy and sorrow. I love quests, I don't want it to end! Would you even be allowed to play anymore if you become a god, or would the Guthixian Edicts automatically ban you?!
  7. Beat all bosses without food. That would make it a fair fight, you don't see the KBD healing, do you? Personally, I could probably beat the King Black Dragon without food, and that's about it. I couldn't imagine the GWD bosses, let alone the Corporeal Beast beaten without eatin'. Well, that's why it would be a "Runescape Everest". I challenge each and every one of you to beat as many bosses as you can without healing! Make a video too, please. I gotta see someone do this!
  8. Medium: Pose on the plinth by the Falador gates. Would require Garden of Tranquility (to the point where you remove the statue). Afterwards, you can pose on the plinth in any time you want, wouldn't that be such fun? I always wanted to be a statue...
  9. Think back... killing the King Black Dragon was a huge accomplishment. I just killed The Feared Dragon alone using only 4 sharks. Not to mention, I don't even have close to the best armor and weaponry! Maybe in a few years, Godwars dungeon would be a low level training area. Sharks more common that the water they swim in, cheaper than the dirt they don't. Potions as cheap as plain water. Several Godswords being obtained daily by mid level players alone. Of course, more difficult things would be released, unimaginable to beat at our current time period.
  10. I'm going to be as blunt as possible. YOU'RE OBNOXIOUS!
  11. They said the 150th quest would be uberepic pwnage, but skill quests are usually dull and easy. When did they ever mentioned that? They promised a Grandmaster quest, which has already come out. They never said the 150th one would be it A Jagex Mod said something along the lines of, "I won't give you any hints for the 150th quest, except that I'm very excited". So there must be something important with it. Maybe a new skill, big new area (elf or east), or another Grandmaster quest.
  12. Well, there could be more to the reward than that. Or maybe the flower is equipable on your head...
  13. I bet the armor/weapons will degrade. Even though I hate degrading armor, I'd probably use it for the xp boost. I can't wait for this, it sounds very useful, especially as a reward of a fun minigame.
  14. I heard you can see Russia from Sarah Palin's house. Does that count as an interesting world layout mistake?
  15. I think I got my rune defender in maybe 2 hours, maybe less...
  16. any one fingered half brained idiot can meet the quest req's , but still - there is a skill cape. Any peanut brained no armed monkey can click over and over with its nose for cooking, fletching, fishing, woodcutting, etc, but they're still skill capes...
  17. Very nice Times this week. I hope the dragon plate keeps crashing. I don't care if my dragon armor shard becomes really cheap, but I'll be about 1/3 way to a dragon plate if I sell it. Then, the rest of affording it should be easy, as it'll be technically worthless. Muhahaha! It's all coming together now!
  18. Using logic, dragon armor is difficult to obtain, expensive, and its defence is outclassed by much cheaper armor. So, using logic, that means it's NOT econo-wear dirt cheap armor. It's obviously meant to be a sign of status and wealth. I suppose it could work if someone only has 60 defence and is quite rich, but it's not intended for stats really. If you use logic, you can figure out what something was intended for. If you don't, but try anyway, you sound pretty silly.
  19. Who said Saradomin doesn't believe in fighting...? Ahem, Godwars, ahem.
  20. i think u werent paying attention in special attack class :)
  21. No, 15/16 skills 99 isn't close. What are you a math noob too, and/or fail @ runescape math class? Wait, yes it is close... I can't imagine getting 99 slayer without combat. You'd need lots of people to vengence other you, or rings of recoils. However, I heard a rumor rings of recoil give attack experience now! *gulp* IF you look at the total time it takes to get 99 in each skill and calculate them each to a % of the total time, slayer and runecrafting are both comming out ontop. They suck up almost all the time getting max skills. Check out the players who are close to max skills, alot of them are working on slayer at the end because it takes the longest. You then have to factor how long it would take to get 99 slayer using lamps and recoils. That figure is going to be in the years. That will be well over 80% of the total time required to meet the max target you are talking about. Im sure if you thought about it you would realize that 99 in all those skills and only 68 in slayer is only a small % of the total time required to max them all (including slayer). I could imagine it goes much faster if you have people vengence other you and actually do the tasks. Or rings of recoil... I just don't get why you instantly assume leveling slayer without combat is with lamps. Not to mention, if someone got 68 slayer and 99 in the other non combat skills within at most the 7 years, it sure won't take 10 years to get 99 slayer if he got 68 slayer already. What I meant to say by that, he has 10% of 99 slayer already according to you. So that's only 10 times more time, and I don't think they spent all their time playing on slayer, seeing as they have other 99's noncombat.
  22. "Serving Justice On a Silver Crown," my foot! They're all corrupt I say! Well only this one, but still! The system is corrupt! You seriously got that guy's crown handed to him, serves him right. I hate people who think they rule the world because they have a crown and the ability to temporarily mute people on an online game. Oh golly oh gosh, I can't speak on this account on this game at the moment for a few minutes, I'm sorry Sir Moderator, I won't not bow down to you and your silver crown ever again!
  23. Another "Oh no, I died and lost something I wasn't expecting to lose!" thread. Here's a solution: don't die. Or simply bring things you don't want to lose! Even EASIER: look at the items kept on death screen! If you're bringing cheap stuff besides the clue scroll as I do, drop it all except the scroll when close to death. Come on, Jagex warns you more than enough about any danger in this game nowadays, how could you possibly mess up? Were you just not paying attention? If so, your fault. If you were, still your fault for not doing anything about it. It's the wilderness, expect death as an option at all times. And foor goodness' sakes, it's just a clue scroll! You can get them rather easily! Sure, maybe you're just ranting, but you're also making a stupid suggestion. We don't need to chose items kept on death, just deal with it! [/thread] (I always wanted to say that)
