Elite black knights clearly say that Zamorak has abandoned them when then run out of prayer. I think it's a Saraodomin symbol to remind the player of what potion it needs. If it was a Guthix symbol, it could look like it needs a balance potion. It was just for the sake of the puzzle.

Don't forget that he mentioned a "ritual" to invoke its powers. Simply touching it doesn't make you a god. Lucien also has the Staff of Armadyl, as we know, can give someone godly powers. With the two artifacts, Lucien has enough power to become a god, it's only a matter of time...

The True World Map? Post your findings! [Updated 2014]
Cheefoo replied to Ned's topic in General Discussion
It's just like how I used to be able to see what seemed like the Freaky Forester's area from the rune essence mine. Or like how the air altar was in the wilderness according the the sextant. Also, when in a dungeon, or somewhere not on the world map, if you open the map, it centers on Lumbridge. It might just be the default area to zoom in on... or maybe not... -
I don't see anything wrong with that picture... Am I missing something?

Holy hell, I never knew that! That changes everything! Well, a lot at least...

...Or, you could use lootshare for charms, or use summoning scrolls for experience. Ophidian Incubation, Fish Rain, Egg Spawn, Cheese Feast, and Fruitfall scrolls will all give you a profit. :ugeek: For now they do... But it would still cost billions to get high enough level to use them, I'm pretty sure. It would also be faster to make pouches into scrolls, as the familiar special bar takes some time to fill. So if you were to make a profit it wouldn't be super super super slow, it would be super duper super super duper slow.

Untrimmed summoning cape WITHOUT ANY OTHER COMBAT LEVELS ABOVE ONE! It's possible, and you get a cookie if you figure out how. Hint: it would cost a few hundred BILLION gp.

Actually a hammer can't batter dragon - so the hardest thing in the game i would think would be the hammer you get from the dwarfs in keldagrim for 1 mill that an batter the dragon. (i want a hammer as a weap - maybe change their platelegs into a plateskirt with a couple of blows like you can in smithing) What about smithing a d sq together? No, it only melds them together somehow. I can't imagine just smacking it so hard that they stay together...

Hmmm, wouldn't a chisel be harder? It can cut diamonds in seconds. Even cut them into arrowtips!

Pfft, Quest Cape takes no skill... Cooking, come on, that's amazingly difficult. You never know when the lobster might run away and hide in a dungeon with horrid traps and a complex story behind it, challenging your puzzle solving skills to the max, not to mention ALL the boss monsters, oh the boss monsters! Oh, and you could burn your hand! If you ask me, the Quest Cape should be one of the most respected capes. It takes much less time than most other skill capes, but if you don't use guides, it actually takes THINKING, not just grinding for hours and hours. Of course, since most people can't be bothered to think, they just use guides, never even bothering to read the story, or do anything for themself. I suppose either people think "Oh it doesn't take a lot of time, so it's 'teh noob cape'", or "Ugh, just another person who follows guides and don't think for themself".

I tried it! It worked! Some big dragon came out and bit me, doing 49 damage. My armor was destroyed, but I got 10 tokens! YES!

So if these are the drops from one Grand Master quest...

Smithable dragon! Dragon (g) and (t)! Dragon warhammer? Dragon tinderbox! Dragon has always been different from normal metal in many ways. Just because it's a type of metal (or is it...?) doesn't mean it should follow all the guidlines of the other metal gear. It's just like saying if you use full Dharok on the pad, Dharok pops out!

Leveling Mage Fast and Easy in F2P-Fire Strike(Just 1 click)

Wow, I just noticed... Someone bumped this topic, and it's about 10 months untouched... Sheesh, if a junk topic isn't bad enough, now we have ZOMBIE junk topics. -
Hmm, pretty old. I forget the profits from before, but these seem pretty good. They give about half the profit of pure essence each, but they're much quicker to obtain. However, from what I remember, chocolate bars aren't a very stable practice. I remember the price fluctuated quite a bit, or at least when the infinite store stock just came out. Maybe 200k+ an hour... for now. Pretty good money, though! Doesn't require much. Actually, I just checked. The price hasn't lowered within the last 30 days... In fact, it increased a few gp! So now's the time to do this, but if too many people do it, prices will probably lower. Chocolate bars isn't exactly the most stable business, so you should do it while you still can.

Sorry, but there's really nothing new here... 6/10... Might be informative to people who never heard of these common practices.

Leveling Mage Fast and Easy in F2P-Fire Strike(Just 1 click)
Cheefoo replied to Iwannabehero's topic in General Guides
It's just curse, but you can autocast it... Not too creative... Curse is more than twice the experience. 2/10  -
Sadly, no, I bet most of us do not want to see you go Barrowing. Unless, of course, you have a new method to doing it...

Defender of Varrock - New Quest Released Today!

I've just found proof... The man to our right of Zemouregal in that picture IS Arrav. Look at the first picture in The Legend of Arrav, Part IV... Arrav is wearing the same helmet! -
NO, NO, STOP JAGEX! STOP TRYING TO MAKE MONEY!

Tip.It Times Presents: A Lack of Clarity, and Nerfing
Cheefoo replied to Turtlefemm's topic in General Discussion
Yes because they will really praise Jagex for letting big bugs get through. The author compares Jagex's testing to Blizzard's testing, knowing full well that Blizzard has a lot more money to hire testers than Jagex does. Jagex does as much as they can. Not to mention, Blizzard barely does anything else with their game besides fixes bugs. They don't update it majorly for years, besides a few minor changes and bug-fixes. -
Defender of Varrock - New Quest Released Today!

Is there only one quest that can be "worked on" at a time? -
Then deal with it! QUIT WHINING. Just kidding. I agree, too many people say things like that. This is a rants forum for blowing off steam, not for proving people's feelings wrong. "Hey, you can't get mad at that, it's just how things are. I bet if it was changed, it would annoy more people," is just nonsense.

That's a great story and all, but I thought this was a Runescape forum?
-
why the heck did they increase membership fees to 6 dollers!
Cheefoo replied to shadowgon9's topic in Rants
Yeah, screw inflation. Let's ignore it, it'll just get discouraged and go away.
