What to spend Tokens on
Coal bag is very useful if you ever mine. Bonecrusher isn't that bad, if you've got plenty of tokens to spare it might be worth getting - nice for slayer tasks.

Tip.It Times - 14th November 2010 (Writing Contest Winners)
I believe I was actually defending the times and its posters. Apologies if is taken in any other way  This isn't aimed particularly at one person, it's just at the general discussion of the Times rather than the articles.

Prince William gets Engaged to Kate Middleton
I do remember the Queen having to accept Cameron as the new PM, but other than that I dunno. I don't think the monarchy have done anything 'real' with their power in a long time, but I suspect constitutionally they still could have some sort of power - it's just never used.

Prince William gets Engaged to Kate Middleton
It was never about England versus America? It was simply a joke, going across a bunch of posts. Yes well joke or not, you know how easy it is to derail a thread and it's not always easy to tell what's a joke and what isn't.

Prince William gets Engaged to Kate Middleton
Can we please not make this into an England vs America thread? I'm just saying to stick to the subject matter of the ROYAL FAMILY. Anyway, on that subject matter, I've never thought very much about the royal family. I've always kinda thought they were okay, just there for show (which is true, really) and that they bring tourists in - which is nice - and that's about it. They have no real power.

Exclusive Content
It's a shame we have to have this same discussion every few months, here are my key opinions: High level != More deserving. While that may be true in a sense, being high level is not the be all and end all of Runescape - there are players who either don't want to be high level or just don't play enough (I personally know I'd never be able to commit enough of my time to get all my stats in say, the 90's). Jagex, basically, just have to look at their bottom line. If they can get away with doing x amount of medium level updates without causing all their high levels to quit, then more power to them. Tbh they have to make sure they're making the most money that they can because they 'are' a company and in a way, the more money they make the more they can invest in Runescape (more developers ect) so more power to us in the end? Low level content creates jobs? :P Wanting more content for your level range isn't immature, it's reasonable to an extent as long as you can accept that there's going to be both content for higher levels AND lower levels. I enjoy update day, to some extent, no matter what the update is.

Tip.It Times - 14th November 2010 (Writing Contest Winners)
And yet again the community fails to accept that: The Times is NOT a professional body - nor does it try to be or want to be. A few typos doesn't mean you can disregard a whole article. Whining and constantly complaining about things does nothing but demoralise and depress the EP members who volunteer THEIR time to give YOU articles. *sigh* Can people actually read the articles and give opinion on the subject matter, not a few letters out of place. We've had about 5 posts actually addressing the articles, can we please just focus on that and not have another Times thread be ruined by petty arguments?

4chan DDoS's some anti-piracy sites.
Lmao, you guys realised it was for about 2 minutes? Seriously. Then afterwards /b/ was just extremely giddy and excited by what had happened. Like if there's a crash on the road and you're excited about seeing the damage and telling people what happened.

Consumerism thread
I might refrain from posting a new topic since it's kinda cheating if I do - since I know exactly when the Times is being published :P My fairly crappy but working earphones: JVC Gumy Earphones http://www.amazon.co.uk/JVC-HA-F140-BE--Ear-Gumy-Headphones/dp/B001TQJBN6/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1289810622&sr=1-3 Had them for a while, no particular reason for getting them other than they work and my old earphones broke. I can't say earphones are a big interest to me personally, as long as they work and aren't obviously crap then I'm fine with them.

120 constitution
Hey look, a low level who thinks he knows what's best for the game. Anyway, yeah, HP should definitely be the skill to go beyond 99 if any do. It's one of the few skills that basically requires you to go well beyond 99 to get various other stuff done (slayer, summoning, killing anything for fun/profit), would definitely be nice for all that exp to be useful. Hey look, a high level who thinks that he's better than other people. When you browse these forums, you don't NEED to be a high level to be aware of high level's problems. I agree with troacctid. It'd be just too game breaking and do we REALLY want to make skills even more grindable? Dung only works as a 120 skill because it's not really a skill that's ground.

Today...
It was a huge-ass student protest against the tripling of tuition fees. There were 50k people there with a few hundred going violent and trashing the Conservative HQ building :P Although it's annoying that the 'violence' is what's being focused on, and I'm glad I wasn't involved, it sounds like it was fun.
