Well, leech floors are different, because there's only 2-3 people doing the fighting meant for 5 people, and it's more important to be consistent (sub 15 or w/e) than extremely fast. You also can't ragequit a ramokee room or something else very slow because of combat.

I'd use pps, arcstream, Zamorak book since it's free, Ardougne cloak, Explorer's ring for the same reason (and alch rune chains, dlegs etc. lol). Robe top and legs aren't very important, agile would be perfect imo.

You're still wrong Fallstar. Plates help more since sometimes it's bad to die (on bosses for example). Also in the fastest floors, you don't have gds. You're basically gambling on few gds, and the gds you do get should be hexable ideally (higher dps).

Barbarian fishing with urns and lobster is probably the fastest pure fishing xp, that or c2 fishing.

There's a few builds around, but in general they have in common: high strength, high ranged, 45 attack (at most), 40 defence (at most) and 44 prayer (at most). Until you hit 99 strength and hp etc. and decide you want to get an even higher combat level, you will not need attack or defence as there is simply no more equipment to unlock. The best armour is rune, the best KO weapon is gravite 2h (rune works too), the best dps weapon is gravite rapier (if wearing rune) or maple shortbow + adamant arrows (if wearing dragonhide).

If you are fighting dragons, brackish blade, they are equal except for the stab/slash accuracies. Dragon defender does have +1 more stab attack than slash, so theoretically brackish is slightly better.

Not if you: Don't need ranged xp, or Need money (for whatever reason). Crawlers are strictly for decreasing bank value in order to gain faster xp. They are not worth it if you do not have a bank to burn.

Definitely bring an amulet switch (ranging amulet), upgrade snakeskin to glaivens if you can as well (sell bcp). It's about 12 magic defence and 22 ranged attack you gain with that, costing about 22m.

No actually, you need to have a team, at least two of each setups, maybe a third mage.

Pernix is about 850m for the set, you have ely, Bandos, Arma, 200m cash. So you're 200-250m off, 600m if you're not willing to let ely go. Nexing is the best money probably, if you want to max total tormented demons and glacors would be better because of the effigies. For Nex, Pernix is more important than elysian. You can afford the coif with 200m cash, you need dragon claws, you can afford chaps if you sell ely. Eagle-eye kite + Pernix chaps > Armadyl chainskirt + elysian as far as I know. Imbued onyx would be nice too depending on your team.
