Use of slayer points
Slayer rings are great, they are the fastest teleport to a fairy ring (Relekka slayer caves) and the smoky well (Sumona) as well as Tarn's Lair (to get the salve amulet (e) and the slayer tower (useful for penguins).

Which chaotic shield to get?
EEKS > Spectral at Arma... +4 ranged attack or +3 stab, +5 slash, +3 crush, +5 magic and +2 ranged defence as well as 3 prayer bonus and no degrade, hmmm... If you're going to spend money on ccb + eeks degrade and ruby + diamond bolts, why not use a handcannon instead? It's probably cheaper and has way higher damage output. That being said it's probably a bad idea to do Armadyl god wars without a unicorn unless you're in a large team, where you'd use a deflector w/ ccbow or just Armadyl + handcannon.

Barrows; weapon to use?
^At high stats. Below 90s melees, magic is your best bet. Use ice burst until you can blitz, then a black salamander.

Since the weapons you get are based off attack, not strength, I'd assume that makes the difference.

Does 99 runecrafting bring in good money?
The best money skill-wise is in grenwalls, with 90+ (99) hunter, scentless potions and a fruit bat.

Strange rocks
You get random cases. The mime case is needed to get the faint emote, and sufficient court cases will get you a barrister's wig and court top or something, plus that all cases are a trimmed completionist cape requirement.

Octarine has a good list, pretty much what I do. I'd recommend getting rocks while training, for example do a 1-hour (lava titan timer) trip to congold to get some 70k xp every time you get strange rocks - you'll be 90 mining by the time you finish the statue.

That guide uses xp rates some 20% below the rates at higher levels, as well as using 10 minute tests to show that you get a whopping 11 xp less in those 10 minutes, as well as using a very low agility level as baseline (which may explain the low rates) because you can see how a terrorbird adds 5% to your xp rates. In short, not conclusive at all.

Technically he is right that we have not seen proof that there is no xp cap. There is no reason to assume there is one, but nothing prevents it from existing. Now can we drop this, as we can't even find out without cracking the source code (which I do believe is a Jagex rule violation?).

Your bad habits... in Runescape.
I pick up every gem drop. I always have a gem bag on me when slaying. I also never sell gems. The same goes for crystal keys, dragon spears, shield halves, dragon medium helmets, dragonstones and grapes (from guards).

Well that depends on how much time you use filling and emptying it. Another 7 essence per run means you can take 60 instead of 53. If 53 essence takes you 53 seconds to craft/bank, you can lose up to 7 seconds on the familiar for it to be worth it. I believe it's possible to fill up your familiar faster than that, and I do think you can even lose slightly more time as a run is slower than 53 seconds.

Black demon task
Good combat familiars (iron/steel titans) have about the same gp/damage as a cannon and you can't use a yak with them, so I don't think it's worth doing ct black demons. The only profitable way means banking the ashes or not cannoning at all, both of which will cut your killrate like a combined harvester.

Ruby bolts max at a neat 51 on Jad, really not worth it in my opinion because their max goes down fast. If you feel like you do not do enough damage, you can upgrade your weapon to Karil's crossbow or a handcannon if you feel good at firemaking, or even a Zaryte bow (which is not as good as the previous two but comparable to a rune crossbow). Void is another way to increase damage at the cost of defence. If you were to all-range the caves I would recommend the following (without a slayer task): Void range helmet Amulet of fury Armadyl chestplate Elite void skirt Ranger's boots Void gloves Void deflector Archer's ring Soul Wars cape/Alerter (22 or 10 prayer bonus) Rune crossbow Broad bolts/Rune bolts OR Swap out the void for Armadyl, and use Karil's crossbow/handcannon/Zaryte bow without a shield. You should be praying eagle eye at all times, and using (extreme) ranging potions.

New to Runescape... somewhat.
At your stats you could try Chaos Druids if there aren't too many bots. They drop quite a lot of herbs and are extremely nonlethal. Hill giants were a personal favourite of mine back when I had my first dragon longsword. They drop big bones which you can sell or bury (or save and use at a POH altar) for xp. One thing you have to understand about P2P is that you have to spend money to make money. You can spend, for example, 300k on cannonballs and 100k on prayer potions, weapon charge and whatever, so that would put you at -400k before you even start moneymaking. However the investment will result in three times the kill speed, so at the end of the day you'll be up 800k whereas the person without the cannon would be at only 400k. So my first recommendation is to lose the F2P mindset (no offence to F2P players) because it's meant for a game where (non-merchanting) money making is strongly affected by staying power and banking time, unlike the P2P mindset where kill speed reigns.

Mutated jadinko's are the worst task ever. The males have tons of health, decent defence, hit pretty well, drop nothing worth taking, are unagressive, and can't be left-click attacked, cannonned or aggroed by steel titan. In addition the environment hides any drops you might want to get because you have 15390 spare apm due to the insane boringness of the task. And if you try ranging them you find that their stupid magic attack can't be prayed against because the vines will start hitting you with 100% accuracy. In addition sagaies totally suck as weapons, a good 40% lower raw dps than rapier at least (though very accurate), and the jadinkos actually try to charge and melee you from time to time, so it isn't the least bit afkable in any way. Every other variety of mutated jadinko has the same properties but is even lower xp/drops/interestingness.

It takes 7 hours or so (bit more) to get the spell, which is about 3-4% of the time to 99 runecrafting by ZMI (no effigies, pengs, randoms, tears, Troll Invasion or xp boosts in any form). That spell saves you from casting NPC contact, say 20 seconds once every 10 runs? Meaning you need to do some 12600 runs to break even (7 hours of getting the spell * 3600 seconds in an hour / 2 seconds saved per run). That's about 99 runecrafting starting at 75. And that's just break-even. If you were to use, say, troll invasion + penguin points + random event lamps on runecrafting, that would get you some 250k runecrafting xp every month, and you would have to go that much xp beyond 99 to break even.

First Jad task
For your stats melee beats range (as usual for mains). Try meleeing in Bandos or barrows, regular slayer gear but with more defence. Ranging works in black hide, you can use a shield for tanking. Either way keep your prayer bonus at 15-20 to be safe, a soul wars cape works well. In your inventory, take boost potions for one hour, with prayer potions for one hour (praying protect + eagle eye or piety, about 15), and the rest a healing special weapon and rocktail.
